This was the second time I use Matrix Locksmith , The pro locksmith is Dani he is a very professional young man with some good advice with all locksmith related products !
I had couple deadbolts installed at my house this time , very reasonable prices, Dani was very patience and understandable until I got my decisions.

I had a wonderful experience with Matrix locksmith , I was able to get my 2 locks change and additional lock to re code to the same key as the other 2 .
Very intelligent guy , efficient , came on time !

Danny is so professional and meticulous. He came on time at the appointment time. He did the key installation/resetting/cutting in no time and at very reasonably cost. Honest and decent guy. Our front door to our office , wasn't operating properly recently had some difficulty to safely lock the door, eventually we had to bolted shut for safety . Long story short we found Dani from Matrix Locksmith , from a referral friend ,

I'm really pleased with the fresh installation of my deadbolt today in my apartment door.

Dani matched the key of my basic locking door handle (provided by my landlord) to my new deadbolt. The same key works in both locks, which makes it easier for me.

I hired Matrix after reading the reviews here and after consulting with approximately 10 locksmiths. Dani was straight forward with me when providing a quote.

Once here, he discovered my door frame is metal and concrete. Not wood like I thought it was. I thought I was going to be charged more because of it, even though he didn't say anything to make me think this. It took longer to drill, obviously. My tough door frame even broke one of his drill bits. However, the invoice presented was the same price as the original quote. Despite the extra drilling, and the rejiggering of the new deadbolt to key-match my other non-deadbolt lock.

Matrix is now my go-to company for my locksmith needs. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
