I was very impressed with HH Pest Control. I hired them to deal with a rat problem. Their rates were very reasonable. Their technician was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitancy.

We were initially afraid it might be raccoons, but fortunately turned out to be squirrels. Serviceman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had good experience with HH right from the person who answered the phone to the tech that came home to take care of the problem. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The person who came to deal with the problem was friendly, answered all my questions, explained things thoroughly and was very knowledgeable. The amount of time that the pest control service man said it would take for the problem to be resolved, was accurate. I am no longer seeing the issues that I had before with rodents in my home.

My tech was a fantastic service provider. He was easy to contact and the fact that we could text and email back and forth made things easier to coordinate. He arrived early and was respectful and very professional in his dealings with me. He was patient, clear, direct and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I have a strong dislike for mice and can be quite squeamish even talking about them. My tech didn't make me feel silly at all and even drew attention to other pests I might not be aware of in my home and on my property. The follow up appointment was done with a similar amount of care and professionalism and I appreciate the care he took to take off his shoes in my home.

Our technician was outstanding.
He introduced himself at the door and took off his boots before coming into the home.

We took him to our basement where we found odd coloured wood shavings on the shelves of our cold room.

He investigated the situation and found that we had an issue with carpenter ants.

He found that the ceiling of the cold room had untreated wood and the isolation underneath was a light blue, which gave the wood shavings that odd colour of light brown and blue.

He was knowledgeable and took the time to show us online what these ants look like and the damage they can do if the issue isn't resolved.

We will have the tech back in early spring to begin treatment inside and out side the home. In the mean time we are replacing the untreated wood from ceiling to further help the situation.

The tech was personable, informative and respectful of our home.

We will continue to use HH Pest Control in the future due to his customer service.

I was very impressed with my experience with Home Hardware Pest Control. From the day I approached one of their service providers while he was on a break to inquire about pest control... to the very polite administrator on the phone... and right up to the technician who did the work on the same day I called back! I had an ant problem in my house for 2 years. I called another pest control company, and while they did spray, the ants kept returning. Once the company no longer honoured their work, I decided to call Home Hardware Pest Control. I explained the situation to Nathalie and she had a technician go to the house and see what the issue was and why would the ants keep returning. The technician had a completely different opinion of the problem, so I decided to go with his suggestion. This meant leaving the house for 4 hours (including the pets). So far, so good!

I really liked dealing with Nathalie and Abdul. They were very understanding, flexible and the cost was less than I expected (and what I previously paid). I feel better knowing that I have the work of a well known company as well.

I called Home Hardware Pest Control and they did a great job in getting rid of the large yellow jacket/hornet's nest in the ceiling of my front porch. The pest control agent realized that this job was going to take more than 1 treatment. They came by 4 times for treatment and all the yellow jackets/hornets were gone! I would definitely recommend Home Hardware Pest Control to anyone - friendly, courteous and very reliable service.
