Met with Steve and he was straight forward on the materials and services he was going to provide with on time completion of work. Excellent company to deal with and will definitely call them again for future projects.

We had a picture window that had a discoloring haze and moisture building up between the panes of glass.
Steve explained that we had seal failure which was causing the problem.
Steve offered to replace the glass to save us some money but we decided we would like to have additional ventalation and bought two opening windows (Steve calls them casement windows).
We are pleased with the product and istallation.

I want to thank Steve for a wonderful professional job. Steve was an exceptional salesman. He was always quick at answering my telephone calls and answering my questions. All of the installers were highly skilled polite courteous and did an excellent job at clean up.

The high quality job done by Steve's team has made me feel this winter, as cold as it is, much warmer than previous ones. We needed to replace close to a dozen windows. From the get go, Steve was customer oriented, providing reasonable quote and time frame, and focusing on all details. The installation team led by Jurijs did a fabulous job, thanks to their good skills. In dealing with some issues beyond the control of anyone, Steve came in-person again and dealt with the issue smoothly and professionally. While there was some delay in receiving the Greenon rebate, Steve stepped up the plate to pay the rebate first himself. From end to end, Fortress offered the best customer service. My sincere thanks to Steve and team. I highly recommend Fortress to anyone who needs windows replacement.

Let me start by saying that I've taken some time before posting this review in order to gauge the quality of the product.

The installation was completed back in June. I have now had several months to see how the windows and doors operate during hot Summer days and cold Winter nights. I can honestly say that Steve at Fortress provides an excellent quality product as well as a superb installation team.

All my windows along with the front door and rear sliding door were completed by Steve's team at Fortress Windows and Doors.

I have done extensive research and received 6 other quotes from different contractors. I wanted to ensure i hired the right team as replacing the windows and doors is a large investment for our home.

The quote from Fortress Windows and Doors was fairly priced. Steve was not pressing and took the time to properly explain and had answered all of my questions. The warranty that Fortress provides is great, with no fine print!!

Overall I'm extremely pleased with Steve and his teams services.
I will definitely recommend and use them for any future work. I have recently hired them for my in-laws home to replace a broken window and window cranks that were originally installed by the builder a few years.
