Vitaly was extremely organized, professional, knowledgeable and offered top quality products at significantly less cost than the other companies I met with.

His crew were very professional, attentive to details, put down tarps and cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to do quality work they worked efficiently and in one day the work was complete.

The windows are excellent quality and look great.

I am extremely happy with the quality work, products, AND the money I saved!

After buying the house the windows needed to be replaced. After a couple of searches Eugene from Total Home came about and we found him an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy who we discussed our options with him and got a reasonable offer so we signed a contract which tweaked a couple of times afterwards.
Total Home deployed a very professional, polite and friendly crew who installed the windows within two consecutive days nicely without leaving any mess

Total Home Windows and Doors are amazing! The great experience start with the Vitaly who came to our home, saw the door to be replaced and offered us a replacement at a very reasonable cost. Then there was the professionalism of the rest of his crew who kept us up-to-date on exactly when the measurements would be taken and the installation date. When the install date came, we were not disappointed. Boris, the amazing and meticulous door installer was a true craftsman and perfectionist. He methodically went about his business and never rushed. He spent five hours installing ouw new door and side-light and the end-result is truly wonderful.

An amazing professional service - from the initial meeting to the measuring and then the final job.

I had all the windows and my front door replaced by Total Home. From beginning to end it was an incredible experience. Eugene came to give me a quote and he was very thorough in explaining all my options, priced out various choices, showed me samples and provided me a rendered image of what the windows would look like after installation. He was a great sales contact and really helped me make the best choice for my property. After purchase he accommodated various changes I made to the order and worked really hard on completing the project on a very tight deadline. The installation team led by Val was equally as good. They were courteous and respectful, the work was top notch, they left my space as clean and neat as possible for a job this big. I couldnt be happier with my windows and door, and I would not think twice about having them do future projects for me. I would also not hesitate to recommend team to anyone looking to purchase new windows or/and doors.

We worked with Eugene (sales guy), Peter (brick guy), and Val (window and door installer) these guys were all very professional and amazing to work with. Eugene was always available to answer questions evenings and weekends and always very fast to reply and helpful. Peter did amazing brick work removing 2 windows and creating a brand new one from scratch. Val and his team did a beautiful job installing our new windows and doors it looks top notch. Highly recommend these guys, no issues at all and very easy to work with.
