My basement wasnt finished at all and I wanted it completely overhauled with new flooring, new kitchen complete with countertop and kitchen faucet. I also got those custom hanging barn doors and a new fireplace with stone facing. It turned out so nice I will call Spiro next summer for an upstairs kitchen Reno. He was professional, had competitive pricing and was always available to communicate with me. I highly recommend this family owned business. Im really happy with the outcome, thank you Spiro!

A master at plastering the wall was like a mirror no flaws. I would recommend only if you want the best work not a cheap job.

Spiro and his team removed the popcorn ceiling and some ceiling patchwork that was very blotchy. He communicated well with the condo staff and I to get the work done on time and shared his expertise, which I really appreciated. Now my downtown condo looks bigger and brighter! Definitely worth the investment!

After a terrible water leak in my basement, I needed a reliable company to repair all the damaged drywall. Real Deal Contracting was extremely professional and very detail oriented. The owner stayed overtime to ensure that the job was done right. We are so happy with the outcome. The basement looks better now than ever before!

I had 6 pot lights installed in my living room and had the popcorn ceiling removed from the entire 1st floor ceiling. Spiro was great to deal with, gave me a fair price, always showed up on time and most importantly, was very meticulous! He made sure that my ceiling was smooth and even. I am very happy with the results. My ceiling now looks higher, modern and the rooms look more spacious. I will recommend Spiro to anyone looking for this kind of work.

So Spiro and his crew came and renovated our unfinished basement. He was awesome. Quick and he removed all debris. My mother was receiving chemo at that time and Spiro made sure everything was sealed and cleaned up everyday to control the dust from travelling to where my mother was. He also jacked up my house and fixed my droop (last pic). He has a great attitude and serious skills. We couldn’t be happier with his work and his crew. All professional. Only contractor I will ever recommend. He brought back my faith in contractors. Thank you Spiro.

I hired this company in the summer to remove popcorn ceiling from the main floor and Hall. He was a disaster. He said it would take 3-4 days, however it took approximately a week, however that's not an issue provided the job was done properly. He didn't have the appropriate shuffle to do the ceiling near the staircase, so l had to call my painter who managed to refinish the ceiling as he could not reach. He created a mess which l had to clean and to top it off the ceilings are still not even. He guaranteed his service and said he would come back until l was 100% satisfied. He came back once and when I called him back the second time he started yelling.... Would not recommend this company. As a matter of fact not sure why he is on "HomeStar" ....
