Kevin went out to our downtown condo which is tenanted to check on a Miele stove top which had burners that were not working. He called back with an estimate and was great at explaining the issue. He later called back to explain that Miele was charging extra for the parts and recommended that we not service our current stove top as it is almost the same price as purchasing a new one. He told us about a warehouse sale and even discounted the service call! Thanks Kevin, appreciate you honesty and I will definitely be recommending your services to property management at our condo!

After a renovation, our dishwasher was not working. another service company diagnosed the problem over the phone as a motor to be replaced. that servicemen finally appeared, confirmed a mote must be replaced and estimated $500-$800. we finally called Appliance Service Experts (referred to them by Miele). Kevin came and diagnosed the problem as a plug that had not been knocked (draining through the garbage disposal)out by the contractor. Only charge was service call. Last week same dishwasher stopped working. Kevin showed up, perfectly punctual and checked the error messages, diagnosed the problem and explained all the possibilities and possible repair options very clearly. It meant replacing a part which was faulty to see whether or not the other errors would clear. They did and I was very satisfied with the professional manner, clear explanation, fairness of the cost (all explained in advance) as well as Kevin's neat appearance and work as well as a very pleasant manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Our fridge was not cold this morning so I called Appliance experts. Krishna answered the phone and was very courteous and booked an appointment for me right away.

When Kevin came he spent some time diagnosing our fridge and gave us an honest opinion and cost. He told us the repair wasn't worth it and didn't charge us. Would use this service again!

I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough. He was friendly, honest thorough and professional. He was very prompt and came when he said he would. Our refrigerator fan needed replacing and he was able to find the part ( nine year Kenmore) and come back to install the next day, under his original estimate. While LG repair service wanted to charge $1000 to fix the dryer, Kevin fixed it for $79. Kevin is smart and he's a thinker. He also fixed another dryer for us and a dishwasher. He goes step by step to assess the problem and to make sure it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. He's polite and efficient. Every time I called Appliance Service Experts, I request Kevin. So should you!

Kevin was a very polite, honest and professional technician who went above and beyond to facilitate the repair of our washing machine. He kept in contact with us as well as Miele, letting us know exactly how long the ordering of parts and what the repair would involved. I spoke often with Appliance Service Experts and everyone was very friendly and treated us very well. My may tag washing machine was not working. Not only did Kevin fix the issue but he also found my long lost diamond earring. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

The filter on our Miele dishwasher would not come out for cleaning and so it ended up clogged up. It would not drain properly and the dishes were coming out with food crud all over them. Kevin came and he had to work really hard to get that filter out. Luckily it did not break and now everything is working great. Kevin took the time he needed to make sure everything was draining, he cleaned up the parts that needed it and he made sure I was comfortable taking the filter out and putting it back in so that we don't have the same problem in the future. I appreciated his patience and his willingness to consider all the alternatives. I highly recommend this company.
