Max came to give us an estimate and while he was here he fixed a leak around our stove vent at no charge. The estimate was excellent and the shingles we chose were Canadian made - a bonus! They came on the first good day and the whole job was done in about 7 hours. Given that there was quite a bit of snow on the ground, they cleaned up very well. Max called to check that the leak hadn't reoccurred. We are very happy with the job his crew did and recommend them highly.

My husband and I had done our research and had a number of different roofing companies come and take a look at our place. In the end, we went with Twin Peaks because Max (owner) was very professional and their service was reasonably priced. They had all the required documentation (insurance forms), and he worked with us to accommodate our budget. We were even pleasantly surprised that they were able to do the work in late November. It was a cold day, but the team came on time with the bin, and worked hard to get it done in one day. All the clean up and removal of the bin was done right after they finished (other roofing companies were going to leave the bin in our driveway for a couple of days). Overall I would use them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

I waited several months before posting my opinion to see how Twin Peaks' work withstood the Fall and Winter weather. I can say this company is really, really great. Twin Peaks roofing was recommended to me by many people on our street. Their price was very fair (lower than I expected), and they re-shingled my complex roof exactly how I requested (I wanted the old school configuration of shingles). Twin Peaks owner and his team are entrepreneurs, and hard working at that. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Max was friendly, knowledgeable, and easily accessible during the whole roofing process (from estimate-booking-getting shingles delivered-completing job). His team was quick and efficient despite working in very chilly temperatures. They ensured they left the property free of debris and garbage and did a great job on the roof! They replaced my whole roof shingles as well as the skylight. The colour of the shingles suggested goes great with my multicolour brick.

After living in our house for the last year, we recently noticed that a piece of flashing had come loose and was hanging precariously over the street. We tried to get up and fix it ourselves, but it was 30 feet up in an awkward location. A neighbour mentioned that Twin Peaks had done the roof a few years ago and I decided to give them a call. Even though I was not their original customer, they promptly fixed the loose panel and even inspected the rest to make sure everything was secure. We're very appreciative to Max for going above and beyond. Twin Peaks has a great reputation in this neighbourhood and now we know why.

I am a very tough customer as I pay close attention to detail to the extreme. Twin Peaks not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the trade, quality of workmanship, speed and effeciency of the work, professionalism, and service. More importantly, the cost of the work was very reasonable. Incredible value. If I had another roof, Twin Peaks would be my first and only call.
