Noticed a water leak spot on our second floor ceiling and began the search for a reputable roofer in the area to find and fix the problem. Twin Peaks was recommended by a friend and I couldn’t be more happy with the workmanship, honesty and time spent to ensure the issue was fixed properly. It was a small repair this time but when my whole roof needs to be re-done my first call will be to Max at Twin Peaks!

I reached out to several contractors for quotes. Max did a thorough analysis of the roof with me. He explained issues and was the only person to investigate my attic for possible mold and wood rot issues.
His crew arrived on time and was able to complete the project in one day.
They added vents where required and assured attic venting was addressed.
Further, I had several side projects that they completed for me.
The work site was kept clean and safe for the entire day.

When we decided to have our complete roof done I received 6 quotes. They varied significantly in price and detail. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a few months and was just reminded when o ur neighbour asked if we were happy with who we used for our roofing and eaves. My husband and I used Twin Peaks at our old house when we needed our roof replaced and after moving realized our new place needed a roof, we did not hesitate for a second to call Twin Peaks for a new roof and eaves. from the moment Max stepped in the door we knew that he had a breadth of knowledge regarding roofing - everything from the type, the colour, and a quick on the spot estimate let us know that we were in the right hands. He came when he said he would come, the guys came and did the work exactly when they said they would, and they cleaned everything up exceedingly well. The estimate he provided us with was unbeatable and the quality of work and customer service was unparalleled. We just suggested that our neighbours use Twin Peak and I highly suggest that anyone who is looking consider them as a top contender too.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and results of my eavestroughs. I have had a constant leak in our basement for about 12 years. Literally called every service that we could think of to fix this problem from chimney to foundation. All claiming they found the problem and could fix it. But still the leak and a bad flood remained. I then decided to call twinpeaks to replace my roof and I mentioned the leak which I had just figured I was going to live with since another roofing company said it wasn’t my roof.
Max instantly knew it was the eavestroughs which I tried to dispute since I had already add that looked at.
I decided he was the expert and replace them to my shock and amazement it’s completely fixed. We've had several huge storms and not a drop of rain in the basement.
I’m seriously over the moon happy and wish I just called twin peaks first. Would have saved me a lot of time, money, headache and cost of replace floor in basement.

Max and his team did a great job. They worked with me to schedule the job around my elderly father's needs, were reasonably priced, extremely professional and the work product was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for roof, gutter and fascia work. The experience was stress free and there was pride and integrity in the workmanship and clean up.

Complete roof replaced. My neighbour had theirs done at the same time by these guys too. They are hardworking, caring and efficient. They used Canadian-made BP eave protectors and underlayments which features the weather-tite roofing system. This includes an ice and water shield that exceeds local building code to provide an extra level of protection.
Roofing projects such as these can get extremely messy. These guys went above and beyond with their cleanup after the job was completed. They also came back and visited the next day to do some fine-tuning on the roof and do another level of cleanup. My property looks just as it was before they started roofing. I couldn’t be happier. They even shielded my garage doors with large pieces of plywood so that the door finishes wouldn’t get damaged during the roof installation. Oh and I should also mention that I had an antenna mounted on the roof that was accurately pointing in a specific direction to maximize reception. They removed the antenna to install the shingles and put it back exactly as they found it, pointing it the exact same angle! You just can’t beat that attention to detail.
