Communication initially was challenging and frustrating however, once Daniel stepped in, communication definitely improved and I was provided regular updates on start date and throughout the process.
Miguel, the foreman and the guys did a great job on my backyard patio working non stop to stay on schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and left the site clean each day.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the end result.

Sam and Valdo were an absolute pleasure to work with! Their team was fast and professional and did a fantastic job replacing our old gutters with beautiful single piece aluminum ones and gave us plenty of downspouts positioned cleverly around our house, garage, and porch. They were very professional throughout and paid particular attention to cleaning up after themselves before leaving. They completed all the work in the specified amount of time. We’re definitely going to use them again for future work on our house.

Contracted interlock work in Sept 2020, deposit given. Unfortunately, due to covid, stock of stone was limited and we could not get what we wanted. Daniel professionally refunded our deposit. We were genuine when we said we would contact them again in March 2021. In the interim contacted Daniel re another job in November. He said he would call us in a couple of days. Still waiting.
As we said, we reached out to Daniel on February 28. He said he would get back to us shortly. It is now April 10 and have heard nothing.

My eavestrough were needing replacement and with the first rain storm it required attention immediately. I was referred to LF Builders and couldn't be happier with the work they did....especially installing on a very cold day in March. The crew were quiet, efficient, friendly and hard working. I price quoted around and was pleased to know they were competitive and professional. I would highly recommend:)

Sam and the boys did an awesome job of repairing our original 1940's cement front stoop which had severe cracking and deterioration from age. They reinforced the underpinnings and resurfaced, using a natural looking stone surface that works well with the organic nature of our small cottage style home.

I had been referred to Justin by several people. The retaining wall in my backyard for the garden turned out fantastic, and the Patio is just wonderful. We spend a lot of time out there in the Summer. I’d like to give a big thanks to Justin and his team at LF Builders for making the process easy on our end - as it has been a stressful year to say the least. We recently had our inside stairway done in solid oak risers and treads. Beto did an excellent job and we are totally thrilled with the finished results. He sure knows his craft! This is our third job contracted with LF Builders. We had our front porch re-clad in stone and our railings replaced last summer and were super happy with those results as well. Thanks LF. I would (will) definitely contract with them again for future jobs.

LF Builders just completed our flagstone walk and step replacement. They are meticulous in every part of this extremely difficult work-- explaining what he will do, removing the old stone and taking it away, carefully choosing and installing the new stones- returning to power wash and make sure all was tidy. We are very happy with the result and certainly recommend this company.
