Stairs, railing, floor refinish
I had one flight of stairs replaced and another refinished. New railing up 2 flights of stairs as well as refinishing existing hardwood floors.
It was a large job over 2 weeks.
The cost was competitive. What differentiated Ideal Stairs versus others was that they were willing to take on additional tasks and subcontract if required (e.g. floor refinishing, finishing, flooring).
They did an excellent job on all aspects. They used different teams for different jobs but all seamless to me. I am no expert on interior design and all of their advice/suggestions were spot on and the outcome is excellent.
Highly recommend especially if your stair project includes some flooring work and you do not want to have to deal with multiple firms.
