Consultation, measurements, custom manufacture, installation. Brooklin Blinds owner was on time for appointments, quick to respond to phone messages, highly attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Our needs were quickly understood. Installation company contacted us well within estimated time and installation date was established. Arrival time was confirmed day before installation and adhered to on actual date. Installers were polite, mindful of their surroundings and did their work without delays or issues. Brooklin Blinds owner was also on site, both overseeing and assisting with the installation.
Costs were exactly as agreed without any last minute changes or "extras".
Upon completion, warranty was provided and reviewed and information and demonstration was provide for operation of the shutters, along with useful tips on their care and maintenance.

The overall service level and product provided by Brooklin Blinds and the installation team was top-notch and the price was the best we found.
We have no connection other than as customers and would unhesitatingly recommend this company..

Very easy process from start to finish. They came to the house quickly and promptly to do measurements, and answered all of my questions that I had. Communication was superb. The quality of work exceeded all of my expectations. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done perfectly adding a piece of moulding to make it look perfect on a crooked wall.
