I called for service and unfortunately everyone was busy. The gentleman that I talked with provided an alternate company with very reasonable rates. The honest conversation and help was greatly appreciated. I will be calling for service from Day and Night when the need arises again. It is an old house and the need will be back.

Recently had Austin come out to install our new bathroom taps - he was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. During his post install testing he discovered our old sink was cracked and leaking. (we originally thought it was the taps - we were mistaken).
Went out that afternoon and purchased a new sink - Austin showed up the very next day and did another great job installing the new sink.
Again he thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no leaks and that we were satisfied.

I had a water leak in the basement above celling. Contacted this company and booked appointment for the same day. The technician came about half an hour after I placed call (this for record fast time since the placing call). The leak was in the very narrow place and hard to access. The repair was done in approx. 20 minutes. Very satisfied with the service!

Day & Knight were recommended by another serivce company. I called and requested a replacement garburator, got an immediate call back and scheduled an appointment for within 3 days. The tech arrived promptly, provided the new garburator and completed the installation serivce in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional, helpful and cleaned up. Very satisfied with the service provided. Will use them again.

I tried to fix the clogged kitchen sink by myself, but it worsened.
I found good reviews about Day and Knight plumbing so I called.
The lady who answered my phone call gave me a quote immediately after I explained the issue, and I could make the appointment the next day.
The issue was worse than I thought, but Ted quickly fixed it, making different approaches.
He needed to cut the pipe to clean deeper and reattach it.
For all his work and a new pipe connector, I paid only less than $200.
I really appreciate his work.
I will definitely use this company next time as well.

After realizing my husband and I are less DIY than we initially hoped, we reached out to Day & Knight Plumbing through HomeStars based on their positive reviews. We received a phone call within hours of submitting a request, and they were able to provide a quote over the phone after discussing the scope of the project with us. We were able to book an appointment within a couple of days, and Austin arrived on time at our home. He quickly installed our vanity, the new countertop and the drain system and had all the necessary parts to complete the installation. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them or use this company again.

So happy with Day and Knight plumbing. From the gentleman who answered the phone and talked with me about what was happening to the super nice guy that came to fix my dishwasher drainage problem that needed some custom work to adjust the lines and toilet running problem. I could not solve the problem myself and so I was glad they never made me feel bad about that! I appreciate that they talked with me about what was happening and listed carefully to the problems I had. I know that the work done was common sense and resulted in lower costs for me overall. I trust the workmanship. If I have any more plumbing issues I will definitely call them again.

Over the years Ted has come to my rescue more times than I can count. From cleaning a furnace sensor on Christmas Day to helping me with a burst pipe under my basement floor to replacing leaky faucets or hose attachments outside - Ted has consistently been someone I can count on. Regardless of what my emergency is Ted will go above and beyond the purview of what a plumber would normally do; assisting in the removal of damaged walls and flooring but also helping me repair those things. Ted is kind, prompt, and genuinely invested in helping his customers. The part that I respect and appreciate probably the most - is that I am a single mother and have no plumbing knowledge. Ted has been very integral in never trying to upsell me, and in fact - will go out of his way to find me the most economical solution. I have recommended Ted to many people and they have all had the same experience. I really cannot express my gratitude enough. Also - his wife Linda has been delightful to deal with!

Water heater sprung a leak around noon on Friday. Phoned 3 of the big plumbers but all were booked and some offer after hours service for an extra $400. I kept phoning and contacted Day and Knight, they gave me a good price relative to others and offered to take care of my problem within 3 hours which they did and did a FANTASTIC job, got me out of a bind, reasonably priced, efficient, friendly no nonsense service. I will use these people in my plumbing projects in the future. Very good service, thank you.

I have used Day & Knight Plumbing & Heatiing Ltd. for the last couple of years. I found this company by a random Google search. I thought I would give a small company a chance as I was tired of the bigger plumbing companies that made promises of honesty and reliabilty but failed miserably on all accounts. AS A HOMEOWNER CALLING DAY & KNIGHT PLUMBING WAS A WISE DECISION. I live in a 60 year old home with older pipes - and inherent to that many plumbing issues.

Ted and Austin at Day & Knight Plumbing have efficiently resolved any pipe and bathroom plumbing problems that I have encountered with my older home. There is no call out fee, pricing is fair and they are dependable. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the plumbing/heating concern and how it can be resolved.

A few days ago they removed an old water tank and installed a new 40 gallon gas water heater. Despite Ted's busy schedule he even installed a new kitchen tap that I had bought even though I had not scheduled this service for that visit. Absolutely exceptional customer service.
