Their service was excellent! I told them I wouldn't be home but they still did a fatastic job at cleaning all the gunk out of the gutter. I already recommend them to several friends and neighbours and they all have positive feedbacks.

We had the entire building cleaned, including the windows. They were very nice and hardworking. The building was so much brighter when they finished. They also pressure washed our walkways at the doors. The cleaned, gleaming exterior windows made other buildings look dull. The only drawback - now we had to clean the inside of the windows to match the outside!
To anyone seeking gutter cleaning, we always recommend Men In Kilts.

I called this company because they had a good reputation. They called back and I gave the measurements of the house and got a quote. I waited 3 weeks for them. The young man that came out was professional and polite however he had the square footage at 700 sq. feet less than I told them and then, he was also given the wrong address. They then almost doubled the price. I did call their office and was advised that there had been an error made in their call centre. I only got part of the job done as i was not prepared to pay double. I was told someone would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago, No return call. I called again and was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, no response again. The house they used was also leaking all over my garden and pathway.

I am very disappointed as their customer service is almost non existent. In addition there were areas of the house that were not washed at all and I am still waiting for a call back to get this rectified.

Company did come back after a few weeks and rectify the deficiencies. However their office and communication skills need improvement

The service was great. I wasn't home when they came but when i did return home to see the result, i was very happy with the result. They left my driveway clean and the work itself was great. I did notice one downpipe still dirty and called to inquire. They sent another crew out and had it cleaned that same week. I would definatley hire them again!

I was very happy with the service provided by Men in Kilts. They did a great job cleaning our gutters. I found them to be very professional,pleasant to deal with and they did a thorough job. I would hire them again and would certainly recommend them.
