I made a request for help with a gas leak by my furnace. This issue was doubly problematic because it occurred during a very cold day in the middle of the COVID crisis.

Dave responded incredibly quickly and diagnosed the problem right away. Brendan from Dave's team arrived the next day and fixed the problem. Both of them were warm, kind, incredibly competent, and professional. They also went above and beyond to ensure that Brendan was equipped with proper PPE in light of the COVID-19 crisis, and Brendan was careful to maintain appropriate distancing.

In short - you cannot go wrong with Dave's Ducts.

Dave was very helpful and patient with helping me to decide on which humidifier to buy based on my specific requests. The installer (I forget his name) did a great job. He explained in detail what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the process which is what I was looking for. Also advised me some basic maintenance for the unit throughout the seasons. Great work all around.

Dave messaged me on HomeStars and set up a call for the next day. I had a lot of questions because I have no experience with the services they offer. He was very kind and patient and explained their process thoroughly and set up my appointments.

The first crew was scheduled to come at 8:30 and they came 5 minutes early (hardly anyone arrives on time!) Andrew and Aaron took the time to ask us about our home, concerns and accommodated our 6-month-old child and 2 cats. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked steadily throughout. I was not sure when our dryer vent was last cleaned or how dirty it was, but they inspected it, took a picture and recommended that it be cleaned. I appreciated the honesty and option to decide to not have it cleaned if it didn't need it.

Brandon called me ahead of time to inform me that he finished his first appointment early and would be able to come before his scheduled appointment if I was okay with it. He cleaned out our furnace and installed a whole home humidifier. He took the time to answer my questions and give me a run down on how my home appliances worked. Before he left he made sure I knew how our new system works and what to do for annual maintenance.

From the first message on HomeStars to completing the work and final invoicing, I was very satisfied by the level of service, expertise and professionalism from Dave's Ducts. When the neighbours noticed we were cleaning our dryer vent, they even were able to fit them in after us! We would not hesitate to call Dave's Ducts again.

Daves Ducts Cleaning team did an excellent job in Cleaning the duct. They have actually took dirt / dust full of 3 bags surprised to see that much dust in the duct. The team didnot overall or upsell any other service than what is required. The estimate and actual was matched, the team was very professional. Will definitely recommend them for any home highly professional.

Although I, much like yourself receive at least 30 offers of duct cleaning daily on the phone, I actually need to have my ducts cleaned post renovation and Dave’s Ducts was recommended to me by a close friend. Great choice! They were super responsive to my inquiry, friendly on the phone and prompt in availability. I called on a Monday and by Wednesday morning the Ducts were cleaned. Two gentlemen showed up right on time as they said they would, were very professional and friendly. They went right to work and had the job done in 2 hours. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises at the end as far as cost goes. They walked me through the process and I felt very comfortable. Although “Bill” from the “air duct cleaning service” may sound attractive on the phone, Dave’s Ducts are the real thing. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family!

A bit more expensive than some others, but worth it. Highly professional, effective, and respectful. They took great pains to avoid any damage to paint, drywall, hardwood.

Would definitely use them again.

Dave's team was punctual and professional from the get go. They have gone above and beyond in planning and do best despite challenge around space in furnace room. They maintain quality of workmanship and did not until work was fully completed. I really appreciate Dave's ability understand client needs and provide best possible technical guidance to make selection of products. This is my second satisfactory experience from Dave's Ducts. They are honest, expert in what they are doing and deliver what they promise. I will recommend them for all HVAC services.

We got excellent duct work and then sealing the entire duct system from Dave's team. They provide before and after pic, proof of the difference in the form a numerical report and summary. The big difference is the house is now 70% warmer and from front to back. Dave even recommended an excellent roofer when I was in a bind, and they were thorough too.
