The fridge was leaking water. Unlike some other HomesStars appliance companies that I have tried, Rick Appliance Repair answered every single one of my email queries within an hour or two.

They scheduled a time slot one day after I contacted them.
With some other companies, it can take up to a week before they schedule a date and arrive. But these guys arrived when they said they would, fixed the problem and didn't charge too much.

To expedite the process, try to find the model number of your appliance before you call. This will speed things up considerably.

I highly recommend Rick Appliance Repair and will call them again when I next have an issue with a stove, fridge, other large appliance, etc.

Ravi was amazing. Effective, efficient, great client acumen. Our washing machine wasn't draining, and we had 3 loads of laundry that needed to be done on an urgent basis. Ravi came within 24 hours, and within 30 minutes replaced the pump. Honest and practical. I have been using Rick's services for over 10 years, and he and his son Ravi are absolutely the best in the business!!!! They are my go-to company for ALL appliance repairs!!!

The fridge at my mothers house suddenly stopped working (no longer cooling). After reading all the wonderful reviews about this company, I gave them a call. They were able to go over to the house within a few hours of calling them, and they quickly identified the issue and provided a workaround until they could permanently fix the issue. Great appliance repair service, which we have used many times. The response and scheduled time is prompt, and communication is excellent and easy going for getting information about the issue or for scheduling a visit. The work itself is also a great job. It is done according to schedule, for a reasonable price, and we never had any issues of having to call them back from something not being repaired properly. They are also happy to answer any questions or give advice about how to best use or maintain an appliance in good condition. I definitely recommend this company.
