The Bbq Guys

The "Guys" have been around for a while & in my opinion are good. I get the lower ratings, however if you spend a little time communicating (my gosh the will pick up the phone if one ever thinks of that). Money & time well spent at it would be $2,000 to replace.

The BBQ Guy's are the epitome of bad service. Not only were they unprofessional, but they were incapable of rectifying the problem. They were a waste of time and i highly advise no one uses their service.

High end bbq treated very poorly. Not restored to original condition after cleaning. Called to report problem and no response after at least one week. No interest in responding to after work service. BBQ scratched, drawers off of hinges, stainless lid scratched and not properly reinstalled. Be wary of hiring for high end BBQs!

Fantastic service, they picked up the BBQ on time on Monday and returned like new on Wednesday. Glad they didn't make a mess on my deck. Thanks Kevyn will call you next year.

They broke my BBQ! They took it apart, and when they returned it, several pieces were missing. The frame was bent, and bolts were missing. In addition, they told us to replace a key part, and failed to tell us it was on back order, until it came back to us broken with a note inside.

Arrived on time, with telephone reminder the morning of the appointment. Took their time to do a thorough cleaning and restoration of my 10 year old BBQ. Very professional workers. Cleaned up their work area. My BBQ looks like new.

I tried one of the "other guys" to have my Dad's BBQ repaired for his birthday, and had to send them home after they gave me their estimate. They were trying to over-charge me for putting in new parts that were not even specific to the brand or model of my Dad's BBQ, that I had seen in the local hardware store for less than they were telling me! I only know this because I had gone looking earlier that week thinking I would just do it myself, but after talking to the rep at the store had decided I should just leave it to the professionals.

So I did a little digging around and called up a few other companies.

After providing them with the model and serial number of my Dad's BBQ, The BBQ Guys rep I spoke to told me that they work directly with manufacturers so I could rest assured that I would be getting the right parts that were made specifically for my grill, and at the best price.

They called me back a few days later and informed me that they had managed to get brand new replacement burners UNDER WARRANTY!! All I had to pay for was the service call required for the technician to come install the part, which he did the next day.

My mom and I were blown away with the professionalism and commitment of this company to not only meet our demands, but exceed our expectations. The technician answered all of our questions patiently, explaining what he was doing as he did it, and showed me what had caused the problem. He recommended a yearly clean but said that we had done a great job keeping the grills clean and should probably hold off until we had used it a few more times and it was really dirty, especially now that it had new burners and strong even heat!
