CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

We used City Boxes for our recent move and it was amazing! The boxes made the move so much easier, they were easily stackable and fit a lot of stuff in them and very easy to carry once filled. Andrew was also just as great and helpful with everything from placing our order to giving us tips!

The boxes are clean and much sturdier than flimsy cardboard ones and greatly facilitated the job of the movers. Moving is stressful but these boxes reduced the hassle of it. They are easily opened and re-opened and it eliminates the inconvenience of tying boxes with rope. Delivery and pick-up was right on schedule and it avoided the mess of disposing of a bunch of cardboard boxes after the move was completed. I also appreciated the wardrobe box which avoided messy creasing of suits and jackets, a very good feature. I would recommend this service for every move.

Such an amazing & convenient service that's both environment- & budget-friendly! I've used the past 2 times I've moved and noticed such a difference from using scrap cardboard boxes and things that don't stack well. Andrew is such a great, accommodating guy! He's very knowledgeable and gives very good recommendations about how many boxes to order, plus they provide a refund for any unused boxes (that's the sign of the most trustworthy company!) I would recommend CityBoxes to anyone moving in the GTA.

So great! I wanted to avoid scrounging for discarded boxes, and buying boxes seemed crazily expensive. CityBoxes turned out to be an awesome solution, and I'll never move any other way again. The boxes make packing super organized and easy, and the service was awesome. They give you a 2-hour window in the evening, or on weekend mornings, for dropping boxes off, and same for picking up. They texted 20-30 mins before they arrived, to give me some warning. They brought a dolly which was perfect for rolling the bins around, and also brought other supplies like packing paper, bubble wrap, and labels. They even suggested I might need more boxes than I ordered initially, and said they would leave them with me, and there would be no charge if I didn't use them. But of course, they were right, and I definitely needed them! I was super super happy with every aspect of this company, and can't recommend them more.

Great Service. Pickup and delivery was easy and on time. Boxes were a good size and in good condition. Originally reserved 20 boxes but Andrew suggested taking an extra 10 that are only paid for if used. I didn't think I would need the extra 10 but I actually could have used an extra 12-13 so having the extra 10 was a life saver. The hassle free 10 extra "pay if you use" box service was incredibly helpful and eliminates the need to accurately estimate the exact amount of volume of items in your house to be packed. We needed an extra few days with the boxes and it was easy and very reasonably priced to extend an extra week. The only slight negative was the handles of the boxes were very slim and dig into your hands when a box is heavily loaded (say full of books) but were fine with lighter loads. Overall, a great service.

Best experience ever. Communicative and cooperative, and extremely personable. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to anyone. I didn’t think anything connected with a move could be so positive!

Fabulous communication and it was a very easy process. Andrew knows his stuff - if you are unsure of how many boxes to get - take his word for it! He made our move much easier than it would have otherwise been. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure using City Boxes for our recent move. Andrew was super flexible and accommodating. We were moving into a pre-construction condo, and had been delayed several times with very little notice. Through all the stress and disruption, it was a comfort to know there was not a huge rush to get the boxes back in a short time period, and wouldn't be charged an exorbitant amount to keep the boxes 2 weeks longer than originally planned. Andrew is also super pleasant to interact with-- icing on the cake to terrific service.

Andrew and CityBoxes are wonderful to work with. The boxes were delivered and picked up seamlessly! COmmunicating with Andrew was effortless and efficient. This was worth every penny! I would not move again without CityBoxes!
