Great experience with this company. Quick to respond and very helpful in terms of helping to estimate how many boxes I would need. Andrew even told us to take a few more boxes just in case we need them. If we don't use them, we don't pay for them. No questions asked. Very nice! We ended up using most of the extra boxes anyways. Great friendly service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

Found Andrew's contact on kijij after reading positive Reviews on online I decided to give CityBoxes a try! Long story short, Andrew is the guy you need to call if you're planning to move he is polite,professional and all around great person. Cardboard boxes is a waste of money and a big waste of time. Andrew will bring you stack-able plastic boxes and you can start moving ASAP!!! all you do is pack it and close it and move it! he will have all the supplies you need to move and even knows reliable and trustworthy movers that he will help connect you to.

Great customer service. Found company through an ad on Kijiji. It was quick, easy, concise and affordable to use. Also has different options to fit your schedule. I have no complaints.

This is the second time we used CityBoxes' services. The first time was amazing, this time awesome! I recommended their service to friends already and I'll keep doing it. I could not be more satisfied with CityBoxes! Initially I found them by searching Craigslist and then by reading comments on HomeStars. Because they have a perfect SCORE OF 10. I gave them a try. They were brilliant. I called Andrew got a quotation and within 2 hours he dropped boxes off at my front door. He was very professional and extremely helpful, and offered some helpful tips on using and packing them. He left us with box labs and explained how everything worked. After we finished using them he quickly picked them up at our new house. Soooo easy and soooo much better then hunting for boxes at local retailers! Andrew at CityBoxes was very friendly and accommodating for pick-up and delivery. The boxes themselves were great for everything and could hold the weight of all our books. Moving from a condo with very long hallway so the perfectly fitting dolly was great.

We used CityBoxes for a medium sized move in the city and it was probably the easiest move I've ever had. The boxes stack nicely and we fit about 20+ in a regular cube van. Andrew was very accommodating and was quite helpful in recommending exactly how many boxes we would need based on our move size. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants to save headaches when moving.

Andrew from city boxes is a lifesaver! we rented 40 boxes, a dolly and some wardrobe containers. Such an easy way to move (not having to tape up boxes, then break them down and recycle - much better, easier and faster to rent/reuse then to recycle). Each and every box was clean with no stains or odours of any kind.

Excellent customer service, good product and good price. We will use City Boxes again and highly recommend them.
