CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Andrew was great to work with and very professional and friendly. He called ahead of our scheduled time to drop off the boxes (20) and picked up the boxes a week later. The boxes were really user friendly and saved a lot of time during the move as our movers were able to get them in and off the truck quickly. I have been already recommending City Boxes to my friends.

We had a surprise basement renovation thrust upon us and needed to store some beloved items like records, art, books and toys. Rather than pack our stuff in flimsy cardboard boxes at the public storage we chose CityBoxes.ca for there secure and sturdy cases. Andrew provided personalized, prompt service with a smile. The waterproofing took longer than anticipated but one thing I never worried about was the condition of our belongings. Afterwards the boxes were whisked away. Thanks for helping us take care of our stuff AND the environment!

I have moved three times in the past five years and this latest move was by far the easiest - thanks to City Boxes. No need to travel around the city looking for broken down card boxes that are dirty, uneven sizes and difficult to carry. Andrew delivered 25 boxes for my 1 bed condo (which were more than enough) and a dolly. They were clean, easy to move, and the dolly made transporting them so easy - as it is perfectly holds the boxes. Compared to similar services in the city - City Boxes was the best value and Andrew was very accommodating with drop off / pick up times. Would highly recommend CityBoxes to anyone moving within the GTA!

we recently moved, it was a pretty big move, 3 bedroom, 2 storey home. We engaged Andrew for his boxes and he was a pleasure to deal with. We got 40 boxes and they were clean, and sturdy enough so that we can fit enough stuff in them, without being too heavy. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and his customer services skills are 2nd to none. Will definately refer him to others.

Wonderful service. Andrew was super friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. He answered my questions via email within a couple of hours. We rented 30 CityBoxes to move our 2 bedroom condo within the city.The boxes were clean, very durable, and not too big to move on your own but big enough to hold most items. We needed 20 boxes for our upcoming reno work. Andrew went above and beyond as he delivered the same day we ordered the boxes on a last minute basis. He then did the pick-up within 5 hours of our request. Well done!

Andrew helped me figure out exactly how many boxes I would need for my move and how long I would need them for. He then dropped them off right to my doorstep and picked them up from our new place. He even dropped off extra labels and zipties the day before our move. I would highly recommend cityboxes. It was such a relief to not worry about finding cardboard, and also have boxes that fit perfect on their rolling dollies.
