Andrew and City Boxes were wonderful to work with. He guided us through the process of booking i.e. how many boxes we would need. He suggested to use the trolley as well (at no cost).. I thought we didn't need it but he insisted... boy was he right. That trolley made everything so much easier. Delivery and pick up went smoothly. The boxes were a godsend for our renos. Andrew was very adaptable with our timing, we weren't sure how long we would need the boxes and he said no worries. I highly recommend Andrew and City Boxes!

Perfect for moving!

Cityboxes was awesome - save on hourly fees if you were just going to use a removalist, or time dealing with organising and removal of cardboard boxes if your doing it yourself. Felt like its good for the environment and professional during the time of the COVID19.

Using CityBoxes to store the contents of a mid-size kitchen during a renovation was so painless. Andrew was terrific to deal with, so pleasant, accommodating, and very responsive. Also, their pricing was very competitive. Arranging for drop-off and pick-up was quick and easy.
The boxes themselves were so clean and easy to use. Not having to grapple with separate lids for the boxes was so very convenient. I would suggest getting the dolly as it made moving stacked boxes easy and efficient.
Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Move from Condo to House

Love the service, second time using Andrew and the team at City Boxes. Moved from a condo to a house this time, Andrew recommended a number of boxes and time frame. They were droped off on a weekend and pickup on a weeknight - was very easy and gave a quick call to tell us how close he was. The boxes are durable and perfect for moving all the items. Highly recommend and would use them a 3rd time!

Storage boxes during home renovation

Andrew was very personable and professional and dropped off/picked up the boxes with lots of notice. The boxes themselves are sturdy and roomy and we fit most things in our apartment into 15 of them. I'll definitely be using this service again.

Exceptional service. Andrew was wonderful: pleasant, always calm and cheerful, always accommodating and helpful - truly exceptional interpersonal skills. Where do you find this qualities these day? - didn't expect it from a moving box company!
Also, I couldn't done this move without this product. When the boxes arrived I thought OH NO, I made a mistake because they are large. But the dolly is amazing. I saved so much money because I moved a great deal on my own with the City Boxes and then only had the large items to be moved by the folks with the van. Can't say enough good things about Andrew and City Boxes and no, I am not Andrews mother ;-)
