I have never heard of renting boxes until our office had to relocate. I was assigned to buy boxes or look for boxes to rent. I started comparing prices between buying boxes and renting and it's honestly almost the same (at least compared to Staples). These moving boxes are big and if you are to buy a box comparable to this size, you'll end up paying close to the same amount. With renting boxes, you won't need to assemble/disassemble. It's super convenient! Bonus on being completely environmentally friendly. So, for those who want convenience, rent these bad boys!

What makes CityBoxes awesome? It's the customer service! Andrew is always on tab when he will drop-by/pick-up. It's very easy to communicate with him (text/call/email), which is a necessary when you're too busy with your moving around.

Overall, highly recommended CityBoxes! I mean, I put my job on the line for this... lol jk, but I've used CityBoxes for my work move and everything went smoothly.

Amazing service! It was my first time moving in Toronto and I was very nervous about everything. City Boxes made the moving process a lot easier and the manager(Andrew) delivered and picked up the boxes himself, very good customer service! I've worked in the Hospitality industry for 5 years and I haven't seen anyone as polite and nice as him!

This service very convenient and will save you a lot of time and work tying to locate boxes around city. Boxes are easy to load/stack and very sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to eliminate waste and likes clean/simple move alternatives!

I used CityBoxes not for a move, but because I was having rewiring done and needed everything packed up. Andrew was super efficient, pleasant and accommodating. When I needed the rental extended, no problem. When I needed the boxes then picked up earlier than my end date, also no problem. Andrew made time to come over at the end of a shift just so I could get the boxes out of here early. Flexibility does not seem to be a problem with CityBoxes and there is never any "attitude" about it. I would totally use CityBoxes again and highly recommend the great service and willingness to help. Yay CityBoxes and Andrew!

Great company - Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful and was able to accomodate my hectic schedule with the delivery / picking-up of boxes. He also e-mailed to ensure that I wasn't missing anything. Great sized boxes that were easy to stack. I would HIGHLY recommend CityBoxes to anyone who is moving within the GTA.

Andrew from CityBoxes was nothing but Awesome! He was so helpful in getting our order completed and offered tips for how best to utilize the CityBoxes. Apart from Andrew, the boxes were great as well. Sturdy, durable and excellent for those movers (like myself) who can be lazy and not want to unpack afterwards. Renting plastic bins allows you to be diligent in your unpacking efforts. Whenever we move again we will certainly be renting boxes from Andrew and the CityBoxes team.

The service reps timing was right on point and the young man Andrew who came to drop the boxes off was very friendly and polite. He offered me some amazing time saving tips and this has been the easiet packing up to move experience I've ever had.

Everything is wrapped, packed, labeled, stacked and I've still got 3 days until moving day.

Can't wait to see you guys on the other end on pick up day.
