CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Two days before our move, I realized that the boxes we own won't be enough, and so a blog online indicated some good links to moving/packing companies, and I found CityBoxes. Andrew was able to help me within a few hours notice. The delivery and pick up of the boxes by the company comes at a time when one can certainly use the help, and save the time for the actual moving. Wonderful service, and Andrew is a very courteous and understanding man.

Andrew was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what I needed for my move. He even went so far as to throw in 10 extra boxes and said if I didn't use them, he would refund me the money. ( I ended up needing all of the boxes so thank you Andrew!). Drop off and Pick up were totally seamless and customer service was great. Would highly recommend for anyone who is moving within Toronto. Cardboard boxes are not only wasteful but they are totally inefficient compared to using City Boxes!

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. Very organized and well communicated. I had a very hectic schedule around moving and he made sure to accommodate. The boxes were in great condition, light and easy to stack and move myself. Before leaving me to it after dropping off the boxes he walked me through all the tips of how best to pack and made sure I was good to go! Thank you to Andrew and CityBoxes! My entire experience was phenomenal - Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable and his promptness in communicating, as well as pick-up and delivery was an unexpected delight. The boxes were clean and in good condition, easy to label, and their stack-ability made packing and unpacking the truck a breeze.

The prices were great, the moving supplies offered were very helpful, and Andrew made it exceptionally easy to extend the service (though luckily, I didn't need to).

Overall I would absolutely use CityBoxes again and I will refer them to anyone who is moving, without reservation.

Andrew was very prompt in returning all my emails. Once we were able to find a mutually agreeable date for the drop off he delivered the boxes right when he said he would and even gave us a little extra time with them. The boxes were a good size and were easy to stack/move, too.
