I used city boxes for my last move and now I couldn't imagine moving any other way.
Andrew was punctual and professional not to mention inspiringly passionate about his business. Using City Boxes made my move so easy, from dropping off my boxes and providing packing materials to letting me keep my boxes an extra day without charge! This company is so amazing that when I referred a friend to use them for his move, they sent me a gift in the mail and a card to say thankyou! I could go on and on, City Boxes is amazing.

Basically just awesome. Excellent service, super convenient. And actually packing with these bins vs. cardboard is fantastic. BINS FOREVER! So much easier to organize! So so so glad I did this!

Decided I was sick of trying to track down cardboard boxes for my recent move and heard about CityBoxes.

They're very quick to respond, have very reasonable prices, are flexible with their delivery and pick up dates, and have excellent service.

Using their boxes was much, much easier than using cardboard (they're a good size, easy to carry, close nicely, and stack very well.) Will definitely give them a call for my next move!

I moved into a new apartment and renting from CityBoxes was the smartest decision! Andrew and his team are professional, friendly and very communicative. Renting plastic boxes made it extremely easy to pack, protect, and organize my items; and Andrew was kind enough to recommend movers that were also excellent! This is an eco-friendly, efficient and convenient option — you don't have to buy cardboard boxes from the store (or beg people for some) and still bring them home. They bring them to you and when you're all moved in, they pick up. That's it!

Service was wonderful. Was able to talk to someone right away and on a Sunday evening. I was able order boxes for next day delivery and the driver was so polite and was there on time.

First of all, Andrew is a great guy to deal with, communication is fast, clear and simple.
As a mover my self I did some packing jobs. We always used cardboard boxes. This is the first time I rented plastic bins. They are worth every cent. I will never use cardboard boxes again.
-your items less likely to get damaged during the move in a strong plastic bin
-the fact that they are all same size, make the move go faster and stacking them easier in the moving truck
-no need to waste time making boxes and tape them.
-city boxes provided labels free of charge
-The Best Part: Andrew dropped the bins when we needed them and picked them up when we are done unpacking . With that alone you are saving trips to buy or collect cardboard boxes and this way the bins are paid for themselves.
-you don't end up with lots of boxes to recycle after you are done your move. Its green way to move and mess free.

Andrew was super helpful once he was brought in by our movers. Drop off of the boxes was easy to schedule and Andrew came by and handled it all. A week later we were ready to return the boxes and while I can't say I miss them, it was so much better than using cardboard boxes. Again, Andrew handled the logistics and came out in hostile snow storm weather. Very happy with the service and how everything was handled - super professional.

The pricing is the most affordable and flexible of 5 different local moving box providers i compared.

The boxes are spacious, durable, and perfectly stackable -- a pleasure to use.

Even though Andrew was out of available boxes at the moment of my order, he made a special effort to make sure i get all the needed boxes, on time.

Andre the delivery man was punctual and courteous.

Andrew and CityBoxes were fantastic: on short notice delivered boxes that were great for packing and moving. We needed a few extra after and they too were there right away. Low cost, great product and service.
