CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Andrew was great to deal with - he delivered the boxes on time with good communication, and was very considerate when the originally scheduled pickup didn't work out. I've already recommended them to several friends (and can confirm that they do provide a small referral gift!) and would do so again without hesitation.

I think that CityBoxes might have provided me with the best customer service experience of my life (not an exaggeration). Andrew was so helpful coordinating our boxes in 3 different locations, and offered to drop off boxes early as he happened to be in the area (no extra charge). He has such a great attitude and I was grateful for it during the mess of moving. I would highly recommend CityBoxes! I think my movers would too - the bins make packing, moving and unpacking cheaper, easier and faster. What more could you want?

Andrew was great, excellent communication and extremely accommodating. If you need moving boxes this is your company. We moved from Liberty Village to Bradford and he had no problem picking the boxes up.

This is my 2nd time using this awesome service to move house. Love the easy convenient drop off and pick up arrangement. Takes a lot of worry off me while undertaking such a huge project like moving . Andrew is so professional and polite . Love the timely communication.

We are very happy that we have rented boxes from CityBoxes. Those commercial grade bins are very sturdy. My movers easily stacked up 5 of the boxes in the truck, saving tons of time. My move for a 3 bedroom house was under 4 hours, just saying.
I did the math - buying a medium sized paper box is about $2, then needs tape, effort to stack them, and worry about recycle. In those sense, Cityboxes are way better deals. Andrew is great. He gave me notice before he came. Dropped off the bins and gave me packing advice. The pick-up was very easy too. I would definitely use Cityboxes again.

Andrew was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful in estimating how many boxes I needed as well as packaging material. This is the way to go for moving. The packers loved the same size boxes. I will be using CityBoxes again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have to admit that when my wife first suggested that we book our moving boxes from Andrew I was quite sceptical. My experience with other box providers in the past had been less-than-satisfactory; the boxes provided were of poor quality and the customer service was even worse.
In this regard however Andrew's CityBoxes was a very pleasant surprise. He arrived at our place right-on-time, explained how to use and stack the boxes, and also explained the value of the add-ons (such as wrapping paper, bubble wrap etc.). Even though we had to twice delay our return date, he never complained and when he came, was cheerful, courteous and professional as ever.
I would certainly use his services the next time we move, and would with a 100% conviction recommend CityBoxes to anyone and everyone here in Toronto.

Rather than use cardboard boxes, I decided to use cityboxes.ca for a more efficient and easy-to-move experience. I am so happy I went with Andrew and his company. Not only were the bins affordable ($80 plus tax), they were also sturdy and more than helpful with our move.
