Great service. I will definitely use CityBoxes again next time I move. The boxes were good quality and the delivery and pick-up was quick and on-time. Andrew was very helpful in explaining how the boxes worked and giving tips for packing.

We used City Boxes in July 2013 for a home move from Toronto to Burlington. Andrew was fantastic, bringing all supplies up to our apartment and offering advice on how to best utilize the boxes. There was a nominal fee for picking up the boxes in Burlington (at that time, outside the normal operating area). He was the consummate professional and I cannot recommend him enough. We may be moving again in the next couple of years and he would be my first call, hands down. Andrew, sorry for the very late review but better late than never!

I was a little apprehensive to use 'non cardboard' option for my move. But after watching their video, I figured I would give part of the process a shot. Folks at CityBoxes were fantastic. They were helpful, accommodating, most importantly on time, and very pleasant to deal with. Next move is all CityBoxes as I would happily use their service again.

Andrew was great. He delivered the boxes on the time. The boxes are rentals which forces you to unpack (a good thing!). He's pretty easy with picking up the boxes. If you like to keep some of the boxes longer, that's not a problem at all and it won't break the bank. Andrew also offers older boxes that are taken out of rotation for a very good price in case you need some storage.

We were tasked with prepping our grandmother's home (+3500 sq ft) for staging so we could sell it. We used City Boxes for their great large bins to store all the years of knick knacks and clutter that we needed out of the way. Using cardboard boxes seemed like a waste of money and created recylcling/waste. Andrew was very helpful with our request and delivered the boxes almost immediately. We weren't sure how long the house would take to sell but he allowed us to extend the rental, no pressure and very accommodating. When we were finished he picked them up within a day. I would highly recommend Andrew's company for your moving needs as there is no waste, taping, etc. required for the bins. Saves on waste as well. Very convenient and cost effective!!

CityBoxes was an easy, environmentally friendly, and straightforward way to pack and move our stuff from one home to another. Our movers really appreciated the uniformity of the boxes. Drop off and pickup were down with respect and attentiveness to our timeline. We would definitely recommend CityBoxes to anyone moving.

As you can see from all the reviews here, if you are looking to rent eco-friendly boxes and/or moving accessories, Andrew is your guy! This was the 2nd time I used his services and I had a terrific experience once again. Don't even bother looking for alternatives, you can't beat his price/personality/service.

This is the second time we've used City Boxes and, like the first time, we are completely amazed by the incredible customer service. We ordered 40 boxes only to realise a few days before the move that we needed more STAT. Andrew showed up within 24 hrs with 20 more. We only used 10 additional so he gave us a refund on the unused boxes. City Boxes made our move very easy & kept our belongings safe!

Moving is actually the worst but Andrew and CityBoxes take off a massive layer of stress. I highly recommend using this service if you are moving and need boxes.
1. Ordering the boxes is breeze. Andrew helps you determine what is best for you based how much you have. No pressure at all.
2. Customer service - Andrew is literally the kindest person - like ever. He works with you and is very flexible and chill.
3. Quality - the boxes are clean and sturdy so you feel okay putting your things in them. Movers appreciate that everything you own is in stackable containers.
