CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

Remarkable service in a time when customer appreciation is lacking. This company had been recommended by a friend at the beginning of my move. Regrettably the move took months as I waited for a condo to be built. Andrew was completely understanding and showed patience when I needed it the most. Besides the boxes themselves being convenient and useful, the intangibles like customer care is where CityBoxes really stands out.

Very convenient service and the bins provided are a dream to work with in comparison to cardboard boxes. The delivery and pick-up service provided by CityBoxes makes it easy to focus your move instead of the prep. work necessary for a move. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew!

Andrew from City Boxes gave us lots of good suggestions for our move, including recommending movers, how to pack the boxes, and estimating the number of boxes we would need. The boxes made our move much easier - the movers liked them and said they made their jobs easier (and faster). I loved the service of having the boxes dropped off and then picked up at convenient times - Andrew was very accommodating in that respect. Having struggled with cardboard boxes and unwieldy packing tape, I would definitely use City Boxes again.

This is the second time I've used Andrew and CityBoxes. Both times I was thrilled. Andrew provided some great tips on moving, as well as a super hassle free service.

As an example, we were worried that we'd ordered too many boxes. Andrew agreed to bring over the boxes and gave us a no-questions-asked guarantee that if we didn't use any of the boxes, he'd refund it. 100% honour system.

Andrew was great - he is super friendly and on time! I originally ordered only 30 boxes and Andrew suggested I take an extra 10 since it was a 2 person, 2 bedroom apartment move. We listened to his suggestion and it's good we did because we ended up using them all! The plastic boxes are easy to stack, secure and label (labels and secure ties provided) and are much sturdier than the traditional cardboard box. The cardboard wardrobe boxes are also great and Andrew suggested using them after the move to store out of season clothes/jackets - which is exactly what we use them for now.
I'll definitely be using CityBoxes in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone moving!

The moving process was made much easier with City Boxes. I was happy to support a local business, and the boxes were extremely easy to use and transport. I used 20 boxes + dolly for a single bachelor suite and it worked out perfectly. Would recommend and use again!

Andrew was amazing. Courteous, friendly, helpful. Renting boxes made this the easiest move i ever had. Boxes stuck up nicely and securely on the dolly which is easy to maneuver.
