Premium Paving

We just had our driveway done by Premium Paving. I have to say Angelo and the crew did an excellent job!!!!! My driveway looks wonderful!!! I would recommend them highly their rates were great and they cleaned up after themselves which was great! Very professional and respectful! Thank you so much! I recommend them very highly!!!

I was referred to this company from another one I had called who could not provide paving services. From the first conversation with Fran I was treated like a valued customer. Des arrived PRECISELY on time to assess the property and give a quote. Everything was explained to me in detail. On paving day Angelo arrived within 10 minutes of the 1hr window (wow!). He and the crew worked efficiently with careful attention to detail of the interlock and driveway borders. I am so appreciative of their professionalism and customer service. You deserve every bit of praise!

Great experience from sale to final job. Des, the salesman ,came on time,explained the job in detail, and came back the day of actual paving work. The driveway is perfectly sloped so that water is carried in two directions away from the house. I cannot speak to the durability since the job was finished only recently,but I can say that the whole experience has been pleasant,painless and worthy of recommending to others. I will update this post after the winter.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY -
Had my driveway, walkway and curbs done. Less than a year later the walkway cracked completely across the walkway and the curb along the driveway has a really deep, full crack. Work was done in 2014, for the past two years I have left numerous messages. At first I spoke with the answering service who said don't worry someone will be in touch. NO ONE CALLED. Now all calls go to a voice mail and after numerous calls over two years I have yet to get a call back.
It is very upsetting when people take advantage of others.

Angelo takes such pride in his work, our driveway looks spectacular. One of the great highlights of our experience occurred after the driveway was completed. The very next day we had a major thunder storm and a very heavy rainfall. This downpour actually washed away the one side of our culvert where there was under stone and asphalt on top. We sent pictures, and within a few days Angelo and his team came to repair the asphalt,. This was no quick fix due to the wash away . They removed, cleaned up the hole, Then they began to refill, with base and apply asphalt and tap down by hand. They continued this process until it was complete. Thank you once again for a excellent job. The driveway looks fabulous . We have actually had our neighbors come and comment how good it looks and asked who did the work.

I discovered Premium Paving on Homestars and was glad to use the company. Angelo and his team are customer-focused and awesome. Premium Paving did a fantastic and superb job paving my driveway. They explained that they would perform the work to my technical specifications and gave me a schedule. They adhered to the schedule and executed the paving job on the day the job was scheduled. I am extremely pleased with their price, quality of service, and customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking about getting paving their driveway.

Wow! What a crew. I have never sean a group of men work so efficiently, quickly and professional. They said they would arrive at 8am and where right on time and out by 9 am. They all made sure we were happy before they left. We are so empressed and would highly recommend them to all our family and friend's. Great job boys!!

Premium Paving was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. To start Des was extremely professional and on time. We had 4 different companies come in and give us a quote and Des was easily the nicest, most informed, and least pushy of them all. Further to being on point with cost, Premium Paving also removed my rotten wooden retaining wall with no questions asked which saved me a ton of time in my renovation.

The back office was extremely friendly and workers showed up on time (and in the case of the day when they came to pave they were early). Lastly we accidentally marked our driveway on a hot day a week after it was paved and without the slightest hesitation or push back Premium Paving showed up 2 days later and fixed the marks.

One other thing I noticed was Premium Paving was able to rip up my old driveway and return and pave it within 3.5 weeks where as many other driveways were waiting 5+ weeks to have theirs done! I highly recommend Premium Paving if you are looking for a company to redo your driveway.

We received 4 quotes from paving companies, and Premium Paving was not only the best price, but their salesman Des was courteous and professional, and Fran was a pleasure to deal with when arranging our paving date. Angelo and his entire crew were neat, efficient, friendly and professional. I received quotes from 5 companies, this is the only company to provide a written quote on a company letterhead and hand deliver which made an immediate feel good impression.
Premium Paving exceeded my expectations as I thought (past experiences) all paving companies were cut from the same cloth. Was I ever pleasantly surprised, every person associated with PP was professional and courteous. Des (sales) is a super nice guy and can't do enough for you, Fran (office) is very friendly and totally understands first class customer service. She always returned calls promptly and handled the scheduling for removal, grading and paving; all of which were done ON TIME! Angelo (owner) I met for the first time on paving day. After introducing himself and hand shake, his next words "I'm going to do a great job for you, you will be very happy; I guarantee it" completely put me at ease. Angelo and his work crew know their roles and executed the installation of my new driveway to perfection; great job it looks awesome! Site clean-up was thorough. A final invoice was emailed to me next day which I wasn't expecting but only reinforced to me that PP is clearly the No. 1 paving company in Durham and the only company I would highly recommend.
