Canada Junk Removal

I had this job done in the Winter. Pretty good service. The two guys were polite, and friendly.
They hauled some old furniture from my garage, and some renovation materials from my basement.
The estimate was for a full truck of junk - and it certainly filled the truck.
I would use this company again. They said they do some minor tear downs of fences/decks/sheds.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! My experience was exactly like others! Even after confirming, they were a no-show, no calls and no response to 5 voicemails! Terrible! I'm complaining to Groupon about them. Use someone else folks!!

Bought 1/4 truck removal on groupon. Must've left 3 messages to book which were never returned so I should've known at that point this would be a problem! Eventually got someone on the phone and booked an appointment for today 2.30pm. Great. Sorted all the junk for collection and came home from work early. A total no show, no call, nothing. Have since left two messages and no response. Have requested a refund from groupon. Sad for them as I had way more than a 1/4 truck and it would have been a nice little job for them but I shall give my business to someone else.

BEWARE OF UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE! I booked an appointment with Brian for a half a truck junk removal for my condo. I rented the service elevator for $25, provided a $500 security deposit and took a day off of work. They did not show up and avoided my multiple calls and voice messages the next following days. It was only until I called with a different number did Brian pick up. He told me he would "look into it" and call me the next day. Of course I didn't hear from him. I've never experienced such HORRIBLE service. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Purchased a coupon from Groton based on the description on the site. However the description was not a good representation of how much junk was I clouded with the coupon. When they arrived they tried to sell us on buying way more than we needed. Although they did take more then anticipated, I wouldn't hire these guys again.

I looked into various ways to dispose of an old hot tub and found that Canada Junk was willing to do it for the best price and least work on my part. I was also pleased that they serve the Uxbridge area because not all companies do. Two guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and efficient. After loading the hot tub they still had some room on the truck so they also took away some additional junk I wanted to get rid of at no additional cost. I will call this company again in the future if I need stuff taken away.

I decided on the spur of the moment to have someone come and take my old shed to the dump instead of doing it myself. I went on Canada Junk's website and booked a removal for 3 hours later. The guys showed up promptly (within 23 mins of the time - there's a 2 hour window) and gave me an estimate that was fair given their website prices and better then one of the 'other guys' website. They had the shed in their truck in about 12 mins. The credit card payment was quick and easy and after seeing how much space it took up in the truck I was so happy they did it instead of me. It was easy to book, they were on time, fair, courtesy and quick! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks guys!

What a great company very professional. I had a groupon for half a load cody and scotty carefully and honestly explained that I had much more than half a load and gave me a fair price. I had them back twice since and received the same great service.
