WOW 1 DAY PAINTING - TORONTO

The team was friendly and they finished in one day but their work was not up to par. They forgot to put the light back up, missed putting back a light switch plate and one painter dragged the china cabinet across the hardwood floor even though they assured me they would not. They did not clean up the drywall compound on the stairs after sanding. They dropped the ladder and marked some trim and doors and I had just painted without telling me. They got paint on the china cabinet. One of the tasks was to fix a corner and the work was sloppy. When I asked if that was the best that could be done, one of the guys stuck his finger in the paint and put it on the corner when what it really needed was drywall compound. They were rushed to get to another job apparently. The cookies and thank you card are nice but quality work is what we are paying for. I am very disappointed with the service.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Leanne and her team did on my new condo. The team was friendly, did an excellent job with the quality of the painting, were efficient, and left the place clean and tidy when they were done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Peter's Team from WOW painting were very efficient and courteous. They understood clearly what was expected of them, and I was very satisfied both with the result, and with the speed of the job. As an aside, I was very appreciative of their understanding, and willingness to accommodate my elderly father, as he negotiated ladders and paint cans! They have my thanks, and recommendation.

I had a class yesterday at a College. I teach Interactive Production Design, where students learn about the importance of customers, etc. I brought my flowers, my mug and my cards to the classroom, to tell them how a company that paints walls can make a whole positive customer experience out of it. A true case study to excel at customer service.

This was a big job. They prepared our house for sale, and did a great job with every detail, inside and out. Left the house looking perfect, and a clean job site.

WOW, Double WOW, and Triple WOW!!! WOW is about all we can keep saying! The guys are as good as it gets! From the original quote with George, everything went like clockwork. The guys arrived on time (just a bit early even:) and they were so nice, so polite, and SO professional! They did our whole house in about 8 hours and everything looks so AMAZING! It's like we have a new home!!! Joe and his team of Gil, Tyrone, Luize, Levi, Mo, and Josh were FANTASTIC!! HIGH quality work, they cleaned up everything and put everything back where it belonged. And at the end of the job, THEY gave us flowers, cookies, and a thank you card! Can we say WOW one more time??? We could not have hand-picked a better group of guys! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You guys truly ARE stars!!! ....WOW!!!!

I must say joe @ wow painting was very professional, when he painted my kitchen ,I was a little scared as I just had new countertops and backsplash , but Joe was very clean not a drop of paint anywhere.he was also very polite I have already passed Joe's name and company to my coworkers and friends ,thanks again

We hired Wow 1 Day Painting to paint the exterior of our house and couldn't be happier with their work! Their team was professional, friendly and most of all fast.
We were visited by George for a quote about 2 weeks before the week was done. He was friendly and fast to give us a quote on the job scope. We communicated a few times over email to coordinate color choices. He was always fast to reply and answer any questions we had.
The job included some scraping, sanding and filling on one of the exterior walls that had the most exposure to the sun before applying the paint and it looks great. The job took two coats of paint to the house and our back door and the job was done by 2 pm in the afternoon.
The site manager Joe and his team of Louie, Mo and George did an awesome job from start to finish. They were not intrusive and were accommodating to us as we were doing other work in the backyard at the same time.
We would definitely recommend Wow 1 Day Painting to anyone looking for this kind of service (and we already have). As we'll be moving in the next few months, we may even be using them on our new house.
