I just want to say a great big thank you to Philip and team! You were so careful with my stuff and with the property when moving me out and then in to my brand new home! You and your team were polite, courteous and funny during the move. You absolutely took the stress out of what is a stressful life event. I would highly recommend your company for anyone who wants to make sure they make ‘The Right Move’ by choosing you and your team for their move. Thank you so very much!! You guys are the best!

LOOK NO FURTHER !!! AMAZING !!! It's the Right Move did a piano move and then moved 10 x 30 storage unit and 4 bedroom house move over an hour away. Philip communicated well and worked the move with with his four man crew. Two full trucks were loaded to the brim. Highly recommend.

I found Philip on homestars back in September. He came in on time to quote was very friendly and easy to talk to. Heade his checklist and quoted us the next day. His rate was very competitive. We maintained communication via email. My wife ended up selling a number of pieces of furniture between the quote and date of moving. Philip came back out to quote again 1 week prior to closing and offered us compensation for what had been sold.

Move day(today)
10:00am the truck and team of three were onsite. After a quick walk thru his team began working. The pace they kept was amazing. They asked pertinent questions. They handled ALL of our belongings with the utmost care. No damage to any of our belongings. No damage to either of our homes. They had loaded two trucks by 1:30pm Philip asked that I call him when I had an update on recieving our key. They left for lunch. From 1:30pm we didn't recieve keys to our new house untill 5:00pm there was no pressure or stress from Philip or his team. Once we recieved possession his team immediately began unloading the trucks. They offloaded and sorted all of our furniture and belongings into appropriate rooms never once a complain or issue. Each team member was never afraid to ask where things go/belong which saves us a ton of time later.

Hats off to Philip and his entire team, very easy to deal with 5 stars without a second thought. Punctual, honest, friendly I wish all businesses were operated like this.

I will had we had a very negative expirence with movers on our last move so we were hesitant but this really was The Right Move.

Philip and his team are the best. We used them previously to move some large furniture pieces and appliances from our basement and were so impressed we used them again for our move. These guys are courteous, on time, careful - no damages at all - and having experience with many moves and movers, I can say without ambiguity that Philip Feitz is worth hiring. It was also nice to see and hear him coaching other team members during the move, explaining how and why to do something a particular way. We can’t say enough good things about these guys. If you can use them, do!

The owner (Philip) was incredibly helpful with his initial quote. Then when our house sale fell through, he was patient and honored his quote 10 months later! The team was extremely professional and efficient and moved the 3 bdrm townhouse in a matter of hours, with NO breakage at all! Fantastic experience and whole heartedly recommend them.

We have used Philip twice now and recommended him to various friends and family who have also used him.
Philip comes to the house to accurately quote the job and provides you with a professional quote later that day. On the move day his team shows up on time, does an inspection of the house and gets right to it.
Fragile items are separated and Philip himself takes the time to wrap these items and plans for them to be transported in a safe way.

Philip Feitz's moving company, It's The Right Move, has managed several moves for us. From small moves to large, this company has been reliable, punctual, polite, trustworthy and resourceful. We hired It's The Right Move on three occasions over the last few years, moving a piano, moving parents to a retirement home and our business premises to a location across town. Philip was referred by a friend. These guys are really good - friendly, efficient, helpful - great value for money. They were punctual and delivered our stuff to two different locations on time. I would certainly use them again.

Moving is never easy but Philip made it as pleasant as he could. We couldn't have been more satisfied with how efficient he and his assistant were. We moved from Brampton to Kingsville and Philip accommodated us by doing it over 2 days which was easier than doing it all the same day. Pricing was very competitive and our furniture was handled with care. No damage and he pointed out boxes that hadn't been packed ( by myself) perhaps as well as they could have been. These boxes were then put on the truck so that they were on top and safe. Philip is very good at what he does and we were extremely satisfied. Dave & Karen Klein
