Thank you for choosing EcoTech Windows & Doors. It's definitely not necessary to call us to follow up. We stand behind all the work we do when we do it in a timely manner. Getting windows installed takes anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks depending on what you've ordered. Unfortunately, your window was larger than usual and required a larger truck for delivery. We managed to get a U-Haul and have it delivered all in a timely manner. We are more than happy to compensate you for any minor delays. We asked that you adjust your review to reflect the quality of workmanship and the beautiful installation that we brought to your home. We stand behind all the work that we do. But we definitely don't feel that. We deserved a four out of 10.
