Front door installation

Door Installation

We had 3 doors installed - front door, sliding patio door and house entry door from garage. The sales person was excellent while we were asking questions and deciding if we were going to go with this company. Once we decided and the deposit was paid answering questions stopped. It took close to 4 weeks for the office to call to set up our remeasure and I had to email our sales person 3 times and call 2 times. During the installation process there were parts that were not brought to the job for install day. We received a call the day after install to complete the payment even though the job was not complete. The person on the phone was rude stating that the doors were in (even though it was not complete) so she did not see why I was not willing to pay in full. My repsonse was that when the job in completed in full - I would pay in full. She continued to just say that the doors were in. I stated in I would pay in full when the installer came back to complete the job. When I emailed our sales person regarding the situation - the only response back was that he was on vacation and was unable to help.

Great job by the ecotech team

Mississauga

Vitaliy did our install today and we are so happy with the results. We chose the triple glaze with white inside and black outside and they look impeccable. The team showed up on time, and got to work right away. It even rained for most of the day and they still got it done. Super impressed by them.

We went from older retrofitted windows to high efficiency windows built to the brick

Will update to post pictures of the new windows once we move all our furniture back but we are very happy!

Front door and basement walkout patio door installed

Great experience with the EcoTech Windows & Doors team and the installation process, and we are very happy with our new doors.

The sales process was easy and non-high pressure and David addressed questions we had with regards to how different glass designs would line up in the actual door (front) versus the computer image. In the end, the design in the actual door and sidelight lined up perfectly.

Installation process was smooth with Alen and his associate - they arrived on time and they were efficient in both door installs through the day, taking the time to point out things as they were proceeding, and demonstrating the completed install and door operation. Clean up was great so you wouldn't know they had been there (other than the new doors).

Will definitely be back when the other patio door is due for replacement, and our original builder windows.

Andriy and his crew did a phenomenal job! They arrived promptly during the scheduled time. They were professional, friendly and considerate of the work space. They were flexible with working around some large furniture that couldnt be moved. Lastly, they respected our home and kept the mess to a minimal. First thing ecotech windows and doors we had some challenges. When talking to Mark the owner we came to a conclusion and he sent guys out and fixed the glass. I give a 10 because he came through and keeper to his word. My friends and anyone ask about Windows I will say ecotech.
