Our basement renovation project recently hired 'Limzak' to carry out mold removal and demolition work. Zack is very knowledable and patient with all of our inquiries and questions to ensure we would be satisfied with their work. We were rest assured with their ability to remove the air quality issues in our basement through mold detection and removal. As we expected, the work was done within scheduled time, and with high level projessionalism as proved by the quality inspection in the end. Zack was professional and came when he said he would and dos the job as quoted. He was diligent and did not remove an area in my basement without testing to make sure the area was asbestos free.

Zack and his team are great! We would highly recommend them! They were the only ones out of all the estimates we received that had a good plan how to address the musty smell in our son's bedroom, and the only ones that found the root cause of it (mold in the attic due to improper ventilation and surface mold in the room). They did all the work exactly as planned, including coordinating with insulation guys, a roofer, and an air quality tester. Zack was always reachable, and communicating with him was very easy. He's patient and explains everything in detail. Again - highly recommended! Thanks Zack!

Had a rather urgent need for mold removal in various areas in my Condo from a water leak from the unit above me. Zack came right over and thoroughly inspected my unit and found more spots that even I had not considered. He fully and clearly explained everything so that I was totally put at ease which what was to happen to fix these problems. He and his team arrived on time for the first day and he again went though everything that we would be doing. Attention to detail is their specialty.

They set up amazing containment areas that allowed me access to the other parts of my condo. All of his employees where amazing and where beyond compare in their professionalism, in their abilities and in their knowledge in remediation. Every attention to detail was taken, they laid out drop sheets from my unit to the service elevator and there was not even a single speck of dust nor materials in the hallways. They totally cleaned the entire areas after they where completed and there was nothing for me to do. To say that I am happy with them is an understatement.

They took away everything needed to be disposed of which impressed me even more as most contractors will charge you for it and then dump it in the condo bins.They where so fast and quiet that I never heard them working and I was only one room away. Everything I asked for they did without any questions, they saved my kitchen HW and sink etc and they carefully removed them all and placed them neatly in an out of the way location.

The second day they returned and spent even more time cleaning, fogging, wiping down, and painting areas that where needed in the remediation. There was no remaining smells, no mold, no hint that there was ever a problem there only a day before.

Again they walked me through everything that they had done and finished, asked me if I had any questions, showed me even more things that they done. Their genuine concern for the customer is a trait that pretty much all other companies lack but not Limzak ES....

The following day Zack personally came over again with his employees and did another inspection to ensure it met with his standard of Quality control. Again the re-explained everything and told me I could call if I ever had any questions or concerns.

Funny thing a few days later as I was repairing the drywall etc the unit above me flooded again for the second time which was the case of the mold in the first place and it came into one area of my unit. I called Zack and he told me what to do to ensure that no new mold grew there. Even after he was done for this job he is still willing to help and give advice.

Another thing that strikes me is that all of his employees speak very highly of Zack and his commitment to the customer. Its so rare in today's workplace where employees have a genuine appreciation of their boss. They all seemed to love working for Zack and their commitment to fulfilling Zacks vision of Quality control and customer satisfaction. There is no doubt in my mind that he is the industry leader and will only get better in the future. Even I felt like I would love to work for him, that is how impressed I was with everything.

If you have any nagging doubts about other contractors you're looking at then ignore them and give Zack a call, he will put all of your worries aside and make your remediation as simple and painless as possible. On a scale of 1 - 10 he and his employees are 100..... Oh and another thing, other then the original quote at no time did anyone even mention about wanting to get paid,, it was nice that its not the primary thing or mindset... Its 1000% Customer first, done right the first time with Limzak ES... Trust me you will not go wrong with them.. Thanks

I was looking in internet to find a reliable company to come and fix the leaking problem from our bathroom celling that was going on for a while. I called few companies , I decided to go with LIMZAK ENVIRONMENTAL. They gave me an excellent consultation over the phone and also told me few things that I need to do before they get there. After first free estimation and very good quote , I agreed to hire Limzak. Itay and his helper did a very good job finding what caused the leakage and fix it with reasonale price in such a short time. I really happy with their great services and very considerate and reliable company. I strongly recommend them to others. In future ,If I need I will be using other services that they offer.
