We highly recommend Regal Desing/Build. We had the best renovation experience working with this company. This company was responsive and really cared about everything. What I liked most was working with the owner ramin. He was a man of his word, who stood behind his work and seemed very educated about different ways to do things, a true problem solver interested in finding high quality solutions and NOT cutting corners. Finally a general contractor you can trust to deliver on what is agreed upon. His crews were punctual and neat as well and left no mess behind after work. They finished the job right on time and had a very positive attitude. I am really grateful for all the effort and would definitely want to work with this company for future projects.

Our kitchen was renovated by the “fresh coat painting & renovation”. The cabinets, walls, floor, and the ceiling was renovated by Ramin, Arash and their crew. Our kitchen was transformed to a absolutely different environment. Everything was renewed and the walls were freshly painted. We are absolutely satisfied with the company’s work as it was done very accurate and neat. Ramin and his crew through the entire time of the project provided a kind, punctual, and effective attitude which we got used to. They crew were on time to work every day and after finishing the project everything was neatly cleaned. This was the first time working with this company but I am sure that I would hire this company for my future projects. I would for sure refer this company to all my friends and relatives who want to consider renovating their house.

I have hired Arash and his team for a number of home improvement projects over last 3 years. He renovated my washrooms, put hardwood and tile flooring throughout my main level, repaired and eventually replaced some of my cabinets, painted all the trim and windows on the exterior of my house, and installed and finished the wood works on the main level of my home. Arash is very honest and knowledge & he explains the process and offers eco-friendly and cost saving options whenever possible

The workers from Regal Design + Build were reliable, pleasant and very skilled at their various trades. Work was completed in a reasonable time frame and the budget was adhered to. The work site was cleaned up after each individual job and garbage taken away. All work was completed to our satisfaction and any problems were addressed promptly. We would be happy to hire this company for future jobs.

Ramin from Regal design plus build is very professional, respectful, on time with both meetings and work. His crews were a joy to work with. Any questions we had were listened to and answered. We had not worked with a contractor before and were very ignorant of much of the process. Arash spent a lot of time educating us concerning his work and that of the trade’s people. He did this without ever making us feel ill at ease or stupid. He treats his trades people and sub-contractors respectfully and fairly which creates a work environment that is positive for everyone, especially the client. Regal Design’s work was done on time and on budget. This was fun and our old home is beautiful.

Full renovation to my condo was managed and completed by Regal design/build. Arash was great. Extremely organized, patient and knowledgable. The work site and common areas was kept clean and tidy. The work included demolition, drywall, paining, and finishing. Regal’s crew was polite professional and knowledgable. I have no complaints with the service and would recommend to anyone looking to have any work done.

After reading previous reviews on HomeStars.com, we decided to obtain a quote from Regal Design & build. Although mention that the cost of their work was somewhat high, the more fuller and more numerous mention of their professionalism, attention to detail, high quality service, responsiveness to the client, and use of quality products helped us to make our decision to contact them. After nearly 4 months, our kitchen continues to be admired. We contracted Ramin & Arash to completely renovate our old kitchen, 3 bath rooms and most of the main floor in our equally big old house, and the resulting space is efficient and looks great. The work was completed in the estimated time (8 weeks), and any changes to the budget - brought about by unanticipated structural complications - were discussed ahead of time. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly. And most importantly, everyone working on the project was extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional. We have no complaints about this company

We were very impressed with everyone we met from fresh coat Painting. They were without exception very personable, professional, efficient, prompt and knowledgeable. The quote was accurate and fair for the excellent quality of work that was done. The painting & plastering was completed on time and with the minimum of inconvenience. The owner of the company Ramin was very conscientious and very detailed; His crew did a thorough job of preparing each room before they painted. No shortcuts were taken. They did an excellent job and it shows. Our house looks terrific. We'll be using their services again.
