Your Reno Guys completed my bathroom reno in October this year and I was very satisfied with their work. John Gordon and his team were professional, kept the project on schedule and budget and did quality work. They were detailed and transparent with their estimated cost, unlike two other estimates that I received, and delivered what I expected at the quoted price. My bathroom was a complete tear down and reno and John made some valuable suggestions during planning that reduced the overall cost which was much appreciated. He also recommended quality tile and fixture stores which I used and was very happy with. The crew was very polite, professional, showed up on time each day and were very careful to cover the hardwood floors and cleaned up at the end of each day. John and his team (including the office staff) pay attention to detail and quality and returned phone calls and emails promptly and kept me updated on things throughout the project.

We are so excited to have our beautiful new ensuite bathroom thanks to Your Reno Guys. Right from day one we were so impressed with John and his crew for being so professional and just overall, in a word, WONDERFUL. They really did everything to go above and beyond in their customer service. They were very accomodating to our hectic schedule and still managed to get the renovation done so efficiently and professionally. They listened to what we wanted in our renovation and suggested changes where appropriate that, of course, were the better options to what we had in mind.

We were redoing our ceramic floors in the Kitchen, powder room, mud room and front entrance along with changing the laminate counter tops to granite and changing the back splash. We hired the Reno Guys after interviewing a number of renovation companies.We worked with John and his team who communicated along the way how each step would proceed. We purchased the product with their guidance and the Reno Guys installed it. John was patient with us and explained anything that we did not understand. All trades were pleasant to work with. We liked that we were able to leave the crew alone in the house without supervision otherwise we would not have been able to complete the project this year. We love our new look and have received many compliments from our friends and family.

I love my new fireplace! I had a busy schedule around the time of the renovation, but John always found a way to work around my schedule to ensure that the work was finished on time. The fireplace looks great and makes such a difference in my home. The tiler did an incredible job!

I recently had several bedrooms in my new house painted by the Your Reno Guys crew. They provided wonderful service and I was very happy with the finished product! Their painter was punctual and professional. They booked my job very quickly and finished the job two days in advance! This job was important to me, as painting my kid's bedrooms meant an easier adjustment for them to the new house. My kids loved their new colourful bedrooms, and I was very happy with the work!

Your Reno Guys and crew did a wonderful job with our bathroom. All the members of the crew, including the office ladies, framer, plumber electrician, tub/shower installer, painters, tilers etc. etc. did an excellent job. They accommodated any minor change without any fuss.
Even after receiving full payment and completion of the project, they inspected the bathroom project with a 'thorough lens', and for any defects, they sent their corresponding technicians to do the fine adjustment; I do not think any other Contractor would do that. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Reno Guys to other people!

Your Reno Guys redid our bathroom and basement and we are happy with the result. They were recommended by a friend because of John’s attention to details. We were not disappointed. We also appreciate his honesty and respect as well as his work ethics.

This was my first time using a renovation company, and I must say, I think I am done renovating on my own. They were quick, efficient, did a fantastic job, even when my wife and I made some minor changes last minute. They were always willing to work with us to make us happy. They went above and beyond our expectations. They started the job on time, they were early everyday, they cleaned up after themselves everyday which was fantastic as my wife is a bit of a clean freak. She didn't want the "mess" of a renovation. I have used them already for another job, and can't wait to get them back again for my next project. I was so impressed that it didn't matter that is was a smaller job on the renovation scale. They cared just as much that I was doing a front entrance way as they would for a much bigger project. I wish there were more renovation guys like that out there. Great job Your Reno Guys!! I always shop around before buying a product or service and my bathroom renovation was no different. I did a little research online and asked others in the area who they would recommend for a bathroom renovation before long I had a lengthy list of potential companies. I narrowed down the list to the top 3 and had them each come in and run me an estimate. Your Reno Guys not only provided a competitive estimate (not the cheapest but the range between the three was not that great), but was by far the most confidence inspiring of the three. The owner (John) knew what he was talking about and suggested some changes to my plans which the others simply agreed to, as if they did not really care. I'm glad he did because the original layout in retrospect would have been very cumbersome in practice. The workers quickly got to work and kept things clean and tidy for the duration of the renovation. As with any renovation it was not without some tribulations, in my case a tile had a nick in it and I asked that it be replaced, and the faucet was not the one I had picked out but both were addressed quickly and without complaint. A deadline was set for completion and surprisingly they finished a day early despite the reordering of the faucet.

The finished product exceeded my expectations and I'm planning on having Your Reno Guys work on my other bathroom next fall.
