Arthur and Jean were great - they organised to get my badly leaking skylight closed up within 36 hours. They were the only contractor to actually answer their phone, as opposed to an answering service. They were at my house within a few hours, despite the terrible weather conditions. Arthur was poilite and gave a good explanation of what need to be done. Sent me photo's and vidoes of the work done and kept me up to date with the progress.
I would happy to use Arthur and Jean again if I require their services.
