They replaced the window and they also replaced a door opening and turned it in to a window. They had excellent services. We had no complaints at all about it. It was good.

They completed the work on the day they said they would and they were here when they were coming. Overall, I was satisfied with what they did. They changed three windows.

I found them on Homestars. We replaced all the windows in the house. We were happy with the final product and also the service. Everything is good and we are happy with it too.

I would say that we are satisfied with the work that they did. We’ve had no issues. We are satisfied with the windows that were installed. Its certainly helped with eliminating drafts. We find the place is more comfortable. There was quality in the product and installation. I can’t think of anything of a negative nature. They were efficient. To sum it all up, we’re satisfied and we are thinking of getting the kitchen window done. We are happy with the work that was done. The presentation was particularly excellent.

I liked the job. I liked the work that they did. I hired them to install a side entrance in my house. Gold Star has different groups working on each part of the job. There was a portion there where I wasn’t very satisfied because mid way through they wanted to charge me more which was a total surprise.

We were very impressed with the service GoldStar has provided. Everyone we encountered from the company from Sales Manager/Project Manager, Installers and the office staff were prompt, polite and patient in explaining their products and answering all our questions and concerns. They were very knowledgeable and thorough about explaining their products, as well as making a few suggestions that can work well with our current window replacement needs. The price of their product was very competitive compared to other companies we consulted. GoldStar delivered on the agreed installation date and the installers who came by the house were efficient and thorough with the installation. They even covered their path to the installation area with a drop cloth to make sure that they minimize dirt. Once they were done they cleaned up after. A representative from the GoldStar also came by to check on the progress of the installation making sure that everything was done properly and explained the benefits of the products we chose. The only thing I was not so keen on was the fact that he was a little aggressive on giving them a good review on Home Stars even before the installation was fully completed.

The windows and doors they installed are amazing and have dramatically improved keeping the cold out of the house and retain heat in. The third level where they installed the patio door over the balcony is now much warmer; we can now use that space better even during the coldest days of the year. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to see how the Goldstar products performed and I have to stay I am very impressed (installation was done early December 2013). Over all it was a job well done and glad that I chose GoldStar.

We are very happy we used Gold star to replace our windows. Ilia Baber spent 3 hours with us till we had no more questions concerning the installation. Same thing was the installation part. we were very surprised how clean and damage free the job was. We are definitely recommend this company.
