I contacted GoldStar Windows in May 2013 after using HomeStars as a reference. Mike came out, did an initial measurement and gave me an estimate - of which I accepted. I accepted the estimate because it was just as the advertisement says - they did not pressure me - but did take the time to give me all of the facts in a very professional manner. They also told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to make my windows and it was 2 weeks to the day of my accepting the estimate - that I received a call to schedule an installation date for the windows. My windows were installed on June 15, 2013 by Sergio and his team - and I must say that they did an "Excellent" job! They were friendly, took down the blinds in each room and put them all back up and 'yes' cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me how to open and clean them. I still have nine more windows to replace in my house and "Yes" I will definitely call GoldStar Windows to do that install.

After researching various companies, we went with GoldStar. We met Alex at our home, and felt very comfortable with his honesty and straight forward approach. He ensured everything would be done on time and within our budget. His quote was the best we received and he went through each window when the job was completed. His guys went over and above with extra care when completing each window. We even had a cut out window done in our Dining room which looks awesome. There was little to no mess from the concrete cuts. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and GoldStar to friends and family. We will be using them in the future for sure.

We met Ilia, Gold Star Window rep, at the home and garden show. When he came out to our house, it was not high pressure sales like the other 4 companies we had looked at. We went out to Gold Star showroom for an open house to see windows and patio door the beige color we wanted. We called Ilia back after a couple of months to finalize the contract. We got better windows at a better price than other companies. It was probably $500 less. Gold Star told us it would be 2 weeks before the windows would be done. They started the installation on Thursday July 8, 2013 about 2 weeks after they were ordered. Installers were there 9:00am on the first day, they had everything installed by 7:30pm. The second day they did all of the trim work. They did a real good job. They were picky about how they caulked everything. They picked up the yard. My house looked really good after they were all finished.
