Gold Star Windows And Doors

GoldStar replaced all windows and one entry door at our home. Representative Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and well schooled on different types of windows and all their attributes. The installation took place over a few days due to the large number of windows we had, plus one Bay window which required special care. Sergio and Vlad who installed them worked diligently all day and cleaned up the entire mess!!! The whole service was fantastic. The whole family is happy after all. Would definitely use them again.

Hey there, I recommend the company named GoldStar Window to everyone who is gonna change windows sooner or later. Company representative Ilia came out, done a great job proving me why his windows were better than the other two competitors’ who had visited me earlier. GoldStar told me when to expect the removal of my old windows and my new installation.
They use their own installers and they did an exceptional job and was in the exact time frame I was told. They completed the install in one day, and cleaned up their entire job!!
Over all this company performs much better than other contractors I have worked with in the past.

You can't go wrong using GoldStar. Mike and his crew Sergio and Alex did a great job putting in the widows and door! What really stood out to me was their excellent customer service. I purchased a new address plate and Mike offered to install it at no charge! I was also looking to get new kitchen counters. Mike took the measurements for me to make sure that they were correct. They were interested in doing whatever they could to help me get ALL my jobs done, even the ones that they normally don't do.

GoldStar rep. Mike arrived to give us an estimate and show us all the details about replacement windows. He was and friendly, professional and knew his product. He measured all our windows and gave us a estimate on the cost. We agreed and signed the contract.
The next step a gentle came to get a exact measurement to order the windows.
Two weeks later we were called the windows were ready to be installed and the appointment was set.
The installers Alex, Sergio and Vlad arrived on time and began installing the windows. Replacing 27 windows was a two day job. They were respective of our home. They used drop cloths and cleaned up after each window was installed. We were very pleased with the whole process and the quality of the windows.
I highly recommend the quality of this companies windows and the great installers they have.

Overall, the transaction was as smooth as it could be. Ilia Baber was very prompt, returned my calls very quickly and was very responsive to my needs. Ilia was very professional and friendly every time I saw him or spoke to him. The time to order, build and install the windows was quicker than the time Ilia had estimated and quicker than other companies had estimated it would take.
The installer Alex did a great job installing the windows. No mess was left behind. He even straigtened out the curtaiins that hang over the upstairs window. The installer called to make an appointment and showed up on time. He also called to let me know he was on the way and what time he would arrive.
In additon to the great price, the great product and the great installation, Ilia took the time to measure three window pane inserts that my children had broken. (I had been looking for months to find replacements) Four other companies that gave me estimates did not show any interest in helping me find these inserts. When I asked Ilia about it, he immediately measured the inserts and told me he would try to find the replacement. He called back a few days later and told me he could get them.
Ilia showed a genuine interest in helping me find the right windows and in helping me get the inserts to replace the ones that were broken. That shows not only is he a professional, but that he is also a caring person and wants his clients to be completely satisfied. I certainly am satisfied and recommend GoldStar very highly.
