I contacted GoldStar Windows in May 2013 after using HomeStars as a reference. Mike came out, did an initial measurement and gave me an estimate - of which I accepted. I accepted the estimate because it was just as the advertisement says - they did not pressure me - but did take the time to give me all of the facts in a very professional manner. They also told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to make my windows and it was 2 weeks to the day of my accepting the estimate - that I received a call to schedule an installation date for the windows. My windows were installed on June 15, 2013 by Sergio and his team - and I must say that they did an "Excellent" job! They were friendly, took down the blinds in each room and put them all back up and 'yes' cleaned up after themselves. They also showed me how to open and clean them. I still have nine more windows to replace in my house and "Yes" I will definitely call GoldStar Windows to do that install.
