This is my second move with Angel Movers and I am once again happy I chose them. They were very professional preparing for the move (documenting each item with you over the phone); and, during the move ensuring that my furniture and boxes were treated with respect and care.
Anna in Customer Care was a gem helping to get everything set up and to follow up with me after the move as well. She was very kind and thoughtful to ensure the move was a success every step of the way. The moving team, Darren and Jessie, were also very considerate and personable. They even helped me set up and stage certain rooms at the new location. I can't thank them enough for their help with this move!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Anna was delightful to book the truck and kept me informed. The actual movers were very respectful and efficient. My move was 2 hours away and went smoothly.

My initial contact was with Anna, she was extremely helpful. Honestly speaking, she was the reason I chose Angel Movers initially. I felt an instant connection with her. On moving day, my luck continued with the crew I was assigned. Steve (team lead) Ricardo and Howard. All three, hard working great guys. Steve broke the ice early on, with his humour. Then Ricardo and Howard followed behind with theirs. We all clicked. What should have been very stressful day, turned into fun. All three worked well together. All three, went above and beyond. Highly recommend Angel Movers, Anna, Steve, Ricardo and Howard.

From start to finish the team at Angel Movers were very helpful and very professional! My mom was moving from an apartment in mid-town Toronto to an apartment in the west end of Toronto to be closer to family. Johan and his team provided great advice and counsel early in the process to ensure we thought of everything ahead of time so that the move day was easy and painless. And that is exactly the feeling we had on move day. Adrian and Ricardo were professional and efficient packing and unpacking in the time that was allotted for the move. They also took great care of my Mom's items and were conscientious to not leave a mess. I would highly recommend Angel Movers and would use them again without hesitation!

On the day of the move, they refused to take my (apartment sized) upright piano because I had front steps, which I had informed them about at the time of the booking. I had to scramble and book another mover who got it done easily a few days later, but it cost extra to book the second mover and it was very stressful.
Then, after Covid related renovation delays, I was finally able to hang my art only to realize that I was missing one of 3 large TV box containing irreplaceable art that never came into my new home. They claim no knowledge of it and have done nothing about it (I did not opt for their insurance). If you have anything of value do not use them, if you must - number and count your boxes.
I really regret hiring these movers and recommend you find someone else.

I feel compelled to add a note because of their response. I was never rude, that is not true. I was scrambling to find a piano mover. I also provided accurate information about my front steps at the time of the booking. The lead moving guy just didn't want to do it, he admitted earlier to me that he'd had a tough job the day before. They did suggest an alternative mover for the piano, but they'd not be able to confirm their availability for two days and I couldn't wait because of real estate deadlines, so it wasn't helpful. My art is gone, but they don't care or take any responsibility. Moving is challenging, but Angel Movers made it much worse. If you can find someone else, I recommend you do.

I had a very efficient and excellent experience with Angel movers. The crew was friendly and incredibly efficient. In fact they were so efficient they were done earlier than expected and never dragged their feet to run the clock. Which I appreciated because it gave me extra time to set up my children's room for their first night in our new home. I would highly recommend Angel Movers!
