JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

I had my new furnace installed November 19, 2020. Just wanted to say that Jed and Greg did an amazing job installing the furnace. They truly know their stuff and work together so well. They are the definition of team work. I can tell they have gained a great friendship out of it as well. Jed is so informative and you can tell he loves what he does. They both are very personable and easy to talk with. Thank you so much for everything guys. It truly was a pleasure having you both install my furnace. I am happy to say I recommend them both 100%. They truly are an asset to JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning.

Our original 2 furnaces were 32 years old. Long overdue to be replaced. We are very, very happy with the service received from JPS Furnace. We had an estimate done the day after we called... Jonathan came out on very icy roads in a snowstorm to look at what we had and made suggestions that we were very happy with. He did not try to sell us anything more than we needed, and was very informative, and he fully answered all our questions. Roman came out the same afternoon to inspect the layout and line up the job for the crew, who would have been here the next day if it wasn’t a holiday. Jeb and his crew were excellent! They arrived early, and had the job completed in a few hours. They explained everything they had done, showed us how to change the furnace filters, helped us set up the new thermostats, and cleaned up after they were done. An excellent job from beginning to end!!

Daniel and Levi were so professional. Courteous. Layed down mats on stairs They explained the operation though Installed the furnace with superior workmanship. After the install complete was done explained the working detail of furnace in detail. When job completed cleaned up perfect. Yes I would recommended these two guys to anyone and Jps furnace to anyone. Great job. Thanks

Professional and friendly service and installation. My old furnace was removed and the new one installed efficiently. Great warranty and after purchase service. It was a worry free experience with everything taken care of.

JPS was very professional and Allen provided a quote that was right for our home. The package was complete with a 12 year warranty, annual inspection plan plus carbon monoxide detectors. The installation went very well; the installers Daniel and Levi were very professional and courteous. They made sure every aspect of the install was perfect. Before leaving they cleaned and vacuumed the work area. Highly recommend this company.

JPS techs Leon and Jarod howed up on time,installed a furnance and hot water tank at our home, both techs courteous and very professional. Both were thorough in their work and I cannot recommend these two enough! we are very happy with their level of service and would highly recommend them for quality service and value. Everyone at JPS treated us so professionally. This included the Sales staff, reception, estimator and installers. The installers of our AC unit were punctual, polite and clean and tidied up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use JPS again or recommend them to others. Mark

Grayson arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time of 9 am. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We have a Trane, 2-stage furnace installed in December 2017 by another company (no longer in business). I appreciated that he took the time to explain what the maintenance involved and answered all of my questions. He completed the 21-point inspection, fixing the air leak in the filter box which caused a whistling sound when the furnace ran, ensured the 2-stage furnace was operating efficiently, and reattached the wire to enable the humidifier to work properly. He was efficient, polite, and pleasant to speak with about the furnace. He knew his stuff!
