Punctual, professional and practical. What more can you ask for? I had a venting issue with a drain pipe in my kitchen island. I requested service and was given an arrival time of about 8am later in the week. Yes, an actual time, not a window where you spend the whole day waiting and wondering if the plumber will come.

Anyway, I'm writing this review because Justin was such a great plumber. He pointed out the problem and explained my options for fixing it. He took the easiest option and did not try to upsell me on service. The problem was fixed in one visit within a couple of hours.

By the way, he fixed a problem that was caused by me trying to save money by having a handy man do my plumbing. Lesson learned!

Our bathtub hand shower leaked and caused some water damage. Caldwell was recommended by the contractor overseeing the repair work. Scott, Tammy and Scott were very professional and practical in their approach to solving the problem, which involved replacing a faucet without damaging (or minimizing the damage to) the custom wood skirting around our tub, that saved both time and money. Going forward, we will use them for any plumbing issues.
