Caldwell Plumbing

After trying to plung blockage called plumbing company early in the morning. Got a quick response after leaving a message and a window of time for a plumber to come out. I asked if the plumber could call me directly when he was on his way so I could meet him (rental property). Upon arrival at the property the plumber removed his footwear and asked a number of questions to get clarification from the tenant as to the issue. Plumber used snake drain equipment and cleared the drain then investigated further as to if there were other concerns or leakage. Cleaned all the mess behind him and was very respectful. When I asked him if he could send me a copy of the picture he took behind the wall he I could how it to my partner and the tenant. My experience was very positive and I was left feeling respected and listened to. I could not have addressed the issue myself as the blockage was at least 20 feet from the drain so I was glad to have called the plumber. Of course cost is always a concern with a plumber but what I was quoted was what I was charged. Hopefully I will not require plumbing services in the future but will definitely call them if needed.

I found Caldwell Plumbing on the Homestars website. I called their number and left a message. Andrew called me back within minutes and set up an appointment window of 2 - 5 p.m. and indicated the plumber would call me before coming during that window. Sure enough, Sean called shortly after 2 to say he was on his way. He arrived about 2:30 and was done by 3:30. Sean was very pleasant, efficient, and thorough. Caldwell is obviously well-organized and communicates effectively. Thanks to all, including HomeStars!

I have used Cadwell on a previous home reno and was pleased with the workmanship and their professionalism. So I asked them to do some plumbing updates to a another reno I had on the go. It involved two bathrooms, laundry and kitchen drain,. They installed a new main stack from the basement plus roughed in two bathrooms including a shower base and all related plumbing. Ryan and Erin were professional and well organized. I will recommend their services to my friends and colleagues. Thanks Guys!!

Caldwell plumbing provided great service from beginning to end. Dealt with Andrew on the phone who was excellent, patient and attentive. Phillip completed the rough in of my bathroom and all final connections. Phillip did a great job, was very punctual, professional and courteous;he took the time to explain things as he went. Not the cheapest company out there but I will not be using anyone else. Infact I will have Phillip back to fix work completed by some of those cheaper competitors previously.

First time using a plumbing company, and won't hesitate to use Caldwell again. I had new countertops installed and Mike came out and installed the faucets and connected the new sink. Quick and professional service.

We had used Caldwell Plumbing before and were happy with it. Today Ryan, came to replace a leaking faucet in the backyard. He came in time and replaced the faucet quickly. Did an excellent job. His work is clean and he provided genuine and honest advice. Highly recommended.

Caldwell Plumbing has always been prompt, fair, reasonable, affordable, and above all else, they display excellent customer service. I have never had a bad experience with them and everyone who comes out to our house (including our last house) has been friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and friendly (yes, I said friendly twice). They are accomodating to our needs and took the time to get to know us and our house. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a small or large fix in their home for any plumbing needs. Once again I had Caldwell plumbing come to do a few plumbing jobs that needed doing. They were professional and did a great job! They arrived on time and had the jobs done quickly. I am so grateful that I have found a plumbing firm I can trust.

I had a broken pipe in my kitchen. It had frozen and broke when it thawed. It is a very old house and access was difficult but they were able to solve the problem. My service from Mike and his helper was excellent.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Caldwell Plumbing. The plumber Phil arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. As he was unable to find a replacement cartridge for our (very) old taps, we had to install new ones, so the cost was a little higher than I anticipated, however I felt that it was reasonable. He also kept his work area very tidy. I will definitely use their services again.
