Westmount Heating

It has been more than a month since Laurenzo came and fix my furnace. Everything works fine since then so I am writing the review now. (you got to give it sometime to make sure everything works properly) Laurenzo and Westmount Heating are as great as everyone else described in here. Professional, detailed, friendly and reasonable price.

My gas furnace was not turning on, and since it is a bit aged, (about 10 years) I was ready to open my wallet and spend a fortune on it. Upon Laurenzo's arrival, he quickly check around the furnace and locate the problem in 5 minutes. He patiently explain the problem to me and recommended to apply fix to it for now and wait for the rebate season to replace for new one which can save me hundreds of dollars! After he fix the furnace, he also spent time to look around my house to provide suggestion on how to make the heating process more efficient and so on.

Strongly recommended for anyone who need a service. The only problem you might have is to get an appointment with them!

My furnace stopped working recently just before our major cold spell. Laurenzo (or his brother) came out 3 times over 4 days (including Sunday) to try to repair it but in the end, we decided to replace it. They came out first thing Monday morning and replaced my furnace with a new Lennox as they wanted to make sure we had heat in the house. The service Westmount provides is absolutely amazing. Laurenzo is so good to deal with. I should also mention that when they say they will be there at a certain time, they always show up. Thanks so much for all that you did for us.

With our furnace not turning on with the first chill of the year, at a recommendation from Duct Dudes I contacted Westmount Heating. They were able to come our quickly (3 days) and accommodate my scheduled day off. Merj (spelling?) was able to identify the issue quickly, get the part and return not to long after and repair the furnace.

Subsequent to this, the furnace was not working again (due to no fault of the repair, it was a separate issue). This was a few days ago when the temperature was dropping and today it was -8! Suffice to say, with a couple calls Merj carved out some time and came very quickly to attend to the furnace. It is working with his repair to the new part, and we can't say how happy we are that he was able to get us much needed heat!

I would recommend WestMount to all my friends. Kim did a fantastic job and was so friendly and also went out of her way to ensure that my heating system was serviced today inspite of a very busy schedule. Mirch was here exactly within 45 minutes as scheduled and he did a fantastic job. Knew exactly what was required with no additional asks/ changes like other companies. good job and thanks to you both.

Recently had Westmount Heating out to replace our furnace. These guys are top shelf. They went above and beyond on all levels for us. They fit us in very quickly to get the work done, they were on time, professional, courteous and worked with me every step of the way to provide a superb product that looks and works great. There were several quirky things from the previous installation that they quickly identified, provided solutions too and corrected. I don't think there is a better choice available in the lower mainland than Westmount heating. I highly recommend the company and will be using them again in the future.

Needed a new furnace as ours finally died after 30 years. Laurenzo was prompt, courteous, clean, honest. Although there are lots of choices in furnaces he helped by reducing the choices to 2.
After the install he cleaned up. Explained how to operate the thermostat and when to have check ups.
The furnace choice is excellent especially by keeping the noise down.
Hopefully we the furnace will out live us by lasting another 30 years.

I needed a new high efficiency furnace, so I did my research, and I got five quotes. I asked Westmount for a quote based on it's many positive reviews. Lorenzo came out to my house promptly, and he impressed as knowing his stuff and being a can do kind of guy, so I went with his company. He and his brother came on time and did a great job. They were friendly, helpful, and easy to get a hold of. The furnace works great, and we had no trouble during the inspection. I would happily recommend Westmount to anyone looking for a new furnace.

Laurenzo came for a free quote, and explained to me how he will be doing a job in very detailed manner. And, on the day of the job, he came with his crew on time, and did all the work professionally. Kim was a great communicator over email, too.

The new furnace works great, very quiet, too. I am happy.

I called Westmount Heating after reading the excellent reviews on HomeStars as we were in desperate need of having the venting from our furnace corrected from a previous contractor who had not installed it to code. I am so glad we did! From my calls to Kim in the office, the free written estimate from Laurenzo and the work performed by Mirch & Laurenzo to correct the furnace venting, we feel truly blessed to have found a Heating Company that we can trust! Contacted Westmount for an opinion on a tankless boiler for my new home. Received honest and practical advice during an in home assessment free of charge. Decided to use Westmount for ongoing maintenance of HVAC equipment. Find them to be very professional, genuine and trustworthy in their work. Would highly recommend.
