NK showed up in the middle of a storm when we had issues and did repairs right then. Permanent solutions came later, and I wish we had called NK years ago. Friendly and knowlegable. I no longer fear what the rain will do to our house!

Very accommodating and prompt. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to show me what types of things may cause problems for us in the future. Very respectful of property and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely use again. Very reasonable price for the excellent service that was provided.

Neethan called on the way to apologise for the traffic delaying his arrival. He reduced the price because he was later than expected even though it was not his fault. He was efficient and cleaned up. He also informed me of concerns with the eavestrough maintenance and suggested solutions but there was no pressure to get him to do the work. I would recommend Neethan and will be calling him in the future,

Neethan was patient and accommodating, and strove to come up with the best possible solution within a reasonable budget. From the ability to request an online quote, the timely response to that request, the fact that they came out on a Sunday for what was something of an emergency repair to the quick and efficient way the job was done, the emailed PDF invoice, the reasonable cost AND the ability to pay that bill online...
