Fast-O-Kill did an excellent job with the mice problem I was having however after about 12 and a half months the mice were back! I called Mohammad and requested that he honour his 1 year warranty and he agreed - he came back to the house for a second treatment at no additional cost. I believe this is rare in this business as any other pest control could have easily said that I am no longer under warranty but he definitely came through and completed the job. Thoroughly impressed.

I had there service for cockroach. It was fantastic within one week all the cockroash were gone. I also got them to do treatment for mice and it worked out very well.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from fast o kill pest control. After having a bad experience with another company I called fast o kill, they were very discreet and swift yet thorough. I also was gauranteed that the problem would be taken care and they provided a one year warranty with no extra cost. I highly recommend their services to anyone experiencing a mice infestation.

They have come twice (a year guarantee) and now we cannot get someone to come back to actually kill the mice (it has been 6 months). WORST COMPANY EVER. FRAUDULENT.

Within one year the mice returned. Mr Chaudhry promised a one year warranty but he has not come back to fix the problem. He gives excuses and says he will come in the next day or two but has been a no show. This is dishonesty. Dont hire this company!

I had a bedbug problem that just wouldn't go away.. after having a few no shows and one unsuccessful bedbug treatment by another company I was pretty fed up. A friend recommended that I call FAST O KILL. Someone thoroughly explained their process to me and gave me specific instructions on how to prepare for the treatment and showed up the same day (on time).. not only did our bed problem go away within 2 weeks I also got a one year warranty I'm very satisfied with the service.
