My wife and I bought our new home back in June of this year and a 10 year old house with great space and .... not a great kitchen but we knew we wanted to invest in improving light, room and style. We went through a number of quotes from different shops but we felt the service was not there. We wanted something different than what most have to offered. One day cruising true Homestars website looking for custom cabinetry, we found Premiere and we stop looking around. This company not only delivered in service and timing, but the work itself was excellent. They were really honest with the materials the used and they always communicate options for design. We were on a budget but these guys work around the numbers and we really got a great deal. Williams and team really gave me something to talk about here and we are already working on getting our fireplace from premiere before xmas.

There were some small bumps along the way but Rocco was quick to fix them and the end result is great. The work was done very quickly and on budget and the custom mantel they made looks fantastic.

Williams Fazzolari and his team from Premiere Custom Millwork were retained by me as my custom kitchen manufacturers in 2013.

They did an excellent job;
- Meeting specific and challenging design requirements
- Working with poorly built shell walls – (nothing was plumb!)
- Fitting their schedule around the moving-target schedule of the General Contractor
- Coming up with truly innovative approaches to construction and design of unusual cabinetry and counters.

The quality of their cabinet construction is first class. They used only the highest quality wood, cabinet finishes, and cabinet hardware. Two years later, the kitchen looks like the day it was installed, and I make heavy use of it for entertaining on a weekly basis.

Their customer service was outstanding. Any requirements for adjustments (and there are usually some in any custom-built/made to measure installation) were dealt with immediately, with the right person from the team coming to the job site with-in two to three days.

I also retained the firm for:
- Construction of custom cabinets/vanity in my guest powder room
- Re-construction of an ash wall-to-wall shelving unit in the suite’s library
- Spraying a custom finish on 4 glass - framed cabinet doors for a built-in china cabinet in the front hall.

All this work was completed beautifully, on time, and within budget.
The pricing was reasonable, construction deadlines and deliveries were met and, as mentioned above, the quality of design and construction and customer service outstanding.

As a facilities management and strategic planning consultant for over 20 years and with a background in Interior Design and Architecture, I am particular, and know the trades. I have no hesitation in recommending …. For any work of the nature described in this letter.

Premiere Custom Millwork (905 676-9663) did a great job fixing and completing my kitchen. I interviewed several companies before I went with Premiere, and I am very glad I chose them. They have been in the industry for a long time and their customer service is superlative to any business I have ever dealt with. Repairing and completing my kitchen was not an easy task, and not a job that many companies were eager to take on. There were endless problems from a previous contractor that I had hired to build a custom kitchen. Almost half of my kitchen was missing so trying to match missing maple doors and existing paint colour, and repairing numerous deficiencies from a poorly built kitchen was challenging but Williams Fazzolari rose to the challenge, and his team of skilled carpenters patiently worked with me to resolve all of the existing problems to my satisfaction. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project everything was 5 star. Williams provided me with a very detailed quote, answered all of my questions and was always available to discuss concerns or questions. He volunteered a lot of great ideas to make the finished kitchen exceed my expectations. Noly and Raymond the installers were extremely efficient, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. There were many challenges along the way but they were able to meet and exceed all of them. Premiere completed my kitchen in a timely manner and was very competitive with their pricing. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding and their attention to detail was remarkable. Williams and his father Rocco made sure that everything went smoothly and were often onsite to oversee the project. My kitchen looks great I am very pleased with the end result. Additionally, they did an excellent job refinishing my bathroom cabinets. I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend Premiere Custom Millwork!
