Homeland Garage Door Repair

Last night, I thought that I needed to replace garage door springs. I called Homeland garage doors and even after hours, they sent a technician to check on my situation. The technician said that it was only simple programming with the garage door remotes and I that I did not need to replace my springs and transmitters. Excellent service.

I highly recommend homeland garage doors for a job well done. This is the best garage door service company in the metro. Alex was able to detect that the buzzing sound from the overhead garage door was due the exposed gear. The honest and highly-skilled technician replaced the gear with a new one and it’s now working fine.

our technician was excellent. fast, efficient, friendly and polite. he did a great job replacing our garage door openers. he arrived when predicted and gave us a good deal on the new system which he had already in his truck. he also explained the new gear to us and how to use it. we are very pleased with Daniel's performance.

Following a power outage my garage door opener would no longer respond to the remotes. As I have no secondary access to my garage I was stuck. Daniel arrived, surveyed the situation and managed to fish for the manual release within 5 minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service than that.

Technician came promptly after a service call on a Saturday morning. (No premium for the weekend service call) Sized up situation that there was a broken spring, but it’s a heavy door that requires a heavy duty spring. Scheduled a follow-up for the following Tuesday once he had the part. Narrow time window that he respected, since I was planning to be in and out that day. Made the repair quietly and effectively. Well done.
