My husband and I were busy with work and we needed a moving company that could pack everything for us, move us, and unpack all of the boxes. Accurate Movers packed up our entire house starting at 7 a.m. on a Saturday, and had us completely moved into our new house by 4: p.m. They came back Sunday morning to unpack boxes and finished in less than 2 hours. That is crazy fast! When we moved to Thornhill it took us a week to pack everything up and who knows how long to unpack all of the boxes.
The rates were vey reasonable as well. We paid slightly less than $2,000, and that included all the packing, moving, and unpacking, as well as all of the boxes, paper to wrap things, tape, etc. (you can provide your own boxes and such, but we opted not to). That was much less than we thought we would have to spend to get a full-service move! In addition to reasonable rates, both the guys who packed and unpacked our boxes and the men who moved everything were super professional and on time, which is very rare for movers! In fact, we weren't supposed to actually be moved until the Sunday after the Saturday that our boxes were being packed, but they finished so early that they asked us if we just wanted them to move our stuff on Saturday since they had a truck available. How many times have you had movers who actually got you moved earlier than you expected? At the end of the day I was completely impressed with every aspect of the service and their pricing. I would like to thank Accurate Movers for coming out on short notice when my other movers completely turned me down.
I called Accurate in a bit of a panic after my movers no called/no showed on me on the day I planned on moving. I read the reviews here and it seemed like they were the best choice for me to make These guys were fantastic! Andrew and Tim showed up right on time and we got down to business. Normally when I move on my own, I'm a grump the whole time, but these guys were cheery and upbeat the entire time, despite the fact that I lived on the 2nd floor. They got everything out of my place in under few hours and they even helped load up the pickup I needed packed with boxes going to a different location than storage. These guys had everything done in a 4 hours and even sat down afterwards for a cup of coffee, they were just GOOD PEOPLE! Rest assured that next time I need to move I wont even be thinking who to call, Accurate will be on my Speed dial.

The movers showed up 4 hours late. I paid them for 6.5 hours. The job shouldn't have taken more than 4 hours. They demanded cash only before emptying the truck and didn't give me an invoice. They left before the job was done, loading stuff into my garage. Very slow, unprofessional movers.

When I demanded answers, I was sloughed off by Igor and Wendy.

Every time I move I do a thorough search of movers and their services, I'm pretty sure I spoke to every moving company (and random mover dudes with his brother's truck) in the GTA in the weeks leading up to my move. It was to the point where I could rattle off everything they needed to know before they even opened their mouths. A week before the move, I finally found Accurate Movers. Andrew not only gave me the best, most amazing, fair quote, but he was also the most efficient with communication. I got a detailed written quote within minutes of hanging up the phone with him, and he returned all my calls within moments as well. He actually showed up early with his workers on moving day. They worked efficiently, and did a really professional job of wrapping all the furniture to prevent damage.
My girlfriend was very anxious about the move because the last movers had damaged her coffee table and big screen. But once she saw how careful Andrew and his guys were, she let them move that stuff too. 10 stars all the way! Thanks boys!

I had used Accurate Movers almost 3 years ago, and was pleasantly surprised when they completed my 3 bedroom house move in less than 7 hours with no major hiccups or issues. So when it came time to move again recently, I contacted them again, along with about 4 other national and local companies. Once again, they quoted me a rate almost half of what the "big guys" did, and worked with my very limited time frame--I only had about half a day on one of two days I could make the move.
The team Tim and Andrew went way above and beyond to get my furniture into a difficult second-story apartment. The whole move was done in less than 5 hours, and once again I was impressed with the attitudes and quality of service. They are also extra careful on the stairs as that is one of the major problems where things get scratched and broken. I know next time when I move I’ll be calling Accurate Movers again.

We got Accurate Movers to move us on the recommendation of a friend who had used them in the past and also from the Homestars reviews. I had a pretty difficult job, moving two different places into one new house. Both of the old apartments were on the third floor of a walk-up in two different buildings.
From the initial contact with Alex to get the quote and from the movers that were brought in, they were nothing but professional. They gave courtesy calls the day before the move to confirm the move sites and times. On the day of the move, I received a phone call from Igor stating that they were on their way and arrived when they were supposed to. I had Igor, Tim and Mike as my movers. They worked their tails off and moved all three places in a span of 5 hours. They packed up the truck efficiently at both old places and helped set up the furniture at the new apartment.
One thing that I really liked about Accurate Movers is that they were up front about all of the charges that would occur for the move. They were reasonably priced too. One thing that was really good was that the time they arrived at your place and the time they left the new place was how they charged. Upfront pricing and professional service is great qualities for every company to have.

I had a very pleasant move with these guys, maybe my review is going to be a bit detailed but at least it will paint a good picture for you of what its like to have Accurate Movers moving you.

- truck was clean, and they used plenty of blankets, etc to protect my stuff
- movers weren't exactly rushing, but I didn't catch them goofing off at all
- they didn't break or damage anything (bonus points for that)
- billing was fair and well-explained
- payment via cash, simple
Follow-up
- had one or two issues, got adequate follow-up after I paid my bill (unusual)
Overall - the service was very solid, The movers were friendly and polite, I recommend them to any one looking to move. GO ACCURATE!

I know capitalism and monopolies can be bad and all that, but these guys should be the only moving company allowed to operate in the GTA. I've moved about every year, if not more, since I've been up here and had just about every combination of movers (from professional rip-offs to exes and some random guy off craigslist), but never have I had such a professional, pleasant, and affordable move.
The next time I move (which at this point, I'm sure will be soon), I'll make sure to plan it so that I can use Accurate Movers again. That's their only downside, they're so good at what they do that they book up around a month in advance. But I guess its like that with all companies that provide quality service.

I went with Accurate for my move back to Woodbridge from Mississauga because of their great reviews, First, I loved that I could do the whole estimate and reservation process online, and that Accurate Movers were responsive and friendly via email. Their pricing is simple and fair.
This was my first time using professional movers and I was a little apprehensive, but everything went off perfectly, and I was especially happy I hired movers because I sprained my wrist the week of the move. When Tim and Andrew were assigned as my movers, and Andrew told me a few days ahead of time not to bother disassembling my poor quality furniture, it was music to my ears, these guys were so efficient, after 15 minutes my boyfriend and I said to each other "what they've just done would have taken us an hour. This is amazing." They handled carting a full truck up to my new 2nd floor walkup with amazing perseverance. They were fast, friendly, and not a single glass was broken in the process, I am now an Accurate diehard fan.

This was my first time I moved with any "real" furniture of my own. Accurate made the process as effortless as possible. Booking the date and time was very easy and all over email, which I absolutely loved! They have a very thorough check-list and guidelines for move preparation which helped me figure out the whole process. In the confirmation email, the day before the move, they said it would be 3 guys and they provided their names and contact information. They showed up a few minutes late (well, 30 minutes, but they did call to let me know, which was nice of them.) but that just gave me more time to pack, which I needed, and it was 4 guys. 4 guys who looked like they could move stuff. They moved me out of my place quickly but with great care. They wrapped all the furniture adequately. They also unloaded quickly at the new place! One minor issue a few hours later... I can't find my bed quilt anywhere... I knew it went on the truck but now it is nowhere to be found. I called the mover, Igor, who gave me his contact info. Within 40 mins, he delivered it to my door. It got mixed in with the moving blankets. Its great when the company that your hire for your move can act like friends. It was pleasant to deal with Accurate, you should def give them a call.
